Detailed Reviews
We stayed for 2 nights. Reception & housekeeping staff were excellent. No bell boys, but there were luggage carts. We didn’t get to use the bar or pool due to rain.
Cleanliness of the room was good. There was a little bit of dust on the floor and under the bed. Impressed on the rooms being updated under the new management, since last we stayed (years back) rooms were really run down and musty. Because the hotel is street side, we could hear traffic all night. Still, I would recommend this hotel now.
Learned on check out, the humidifier in the room is to keep the air conditioning from condensing and leaking. Keep it on.
Amenities included bath products (no razors), 2 bottles of water, and a coffee station. Free onsite parking. There is coin laundry on the 2nd floor.

Always a wonderful experience. Great customer service, food and atmosphere always exceeds our expectations. The sunset views from The Sky bar is breathtaking, and the window seats in the club lounge is so relaxing being able to see the view of Tumon shoreline and cars passing.

I visit Guam at least once a year but this is my first time staying at Bayview after the renovations (last stay here was in 2019). To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect as my last stay here wasn’t the best.
However, my recent stay exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, parking was easy, and staff are super friendly. When we were encountering problems with our television, maintenance came right away and fixed our concern immediately. We had the room with the Deluxe Queens and it easily fit 4 people. Air condition was nice and strong (much needed for Guam’s hot weather). The only downside to our stay was that it was a bit noisy as you could hear the early morning hustle and bustle of Tumon. If you could look past that, then this hotel is perfect for families or a quick overnight trip. We were extremely happy with its affordability as well and will definitely stay here again!

The employee were very friendly and helpful. And I’d recommend you add the breakfast to your stay the food was a 10/10. The food was simple but you never go wrong with portuguese sausage, bacon, eggs and rice. But my favorite on the menu was the shrimp pasta salad it was very delicious and different.

Initially, I booked two rooms then decided to have the 3 bedroom suite. I just emailed the property and got what I wanted. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast and lounge snacks were okay. They have happy hour drinks and good sunset view too.

The room was nice and newly renovated. Friendly staff. View is great. You can hear the traffic a bit at night, that’s the only downside. We were on the 5th floor. Also we didn’t get to eat at the restaurant, and we tried to go to the lounge “sky bar,” but were told we had to book in advance. It was a miscommunication on their end, because when we went down for dinner, the lobby sign mentioned all guests had access. 😳 oh well, maybe next time.

I love the front of the house service especially the hotel manager Rose and director of operations Abby. They are very attentive to our needs.
They have warm smile even though we can tell they have a lot things to do.
Food is also great. We will definitely come back!

Do not come to this hotel. We have lived on Guam before and are here this month due to my in-laws funeral. This hotel's housekeeping service is the worst we have ever seen ever. The reasons are: several times we requested for face towels as they are none, the room was not cleaned several times when we returned to the room after 9 PM (due to family rosary), they do not replace the coffee (1 packet) after the first day, and they will not give you towels, hand towels and face towels -only after you make several attempt to request them. These items are standard in every hotel, in any hotel around the world. So unless you like to return to a dirty unmade room and have to constantly call for hand towels, face towels or towels, this hotel for lack of a better word - suck! Oh one more, if you are sent to Guam for military or other business reasons and you need to iron your uniform or clothes, the ironing board that they will bring to you when you request it, is the smallest one you will ever see and is exceptionally useless. The only positive thing that my husband and I can agree on - the front folks try there best to help you.

Dear jeannetteg675, First and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies on your unpleasant hotel experience. Our highest priority is providing service excellence for each and every guest, and we are disheartened to know that we failed to live up to your expectations and ours, in so many levels. As the hotel manager, I take full responsibility for this service failure. Rest assured that our staff have been counselled as we take these matters very seriously. We will use this as a training opportunity for our team to set up win-win solutions when faced with similar issues. Although we failed to meet your expectations, we are hoping to be given an opportunity to make it right for you in the future. Thank you for your valuable feedback. Yours,
