I wish I could give separate ratings for different categories. This is a great choice for middle class families!! The grounds were clean and patrolled regularly and the front office staff was pleasant. The condo we stayed in through Airbnb was managed superbly and cleanliness

We stayed here in building 1 corner unit on the second floor! Our Unit was full of giant red ants! We phoned Maui Condo the next morning and they had an exterminator come that afternoon, didn’t quite do the job so I found some ant spray under the sink and sprayed around the

Good location across from a fine beach. Open parking w/ permit. Beautiful kitchen & living room. Beds comfy. Baths nice, but no night light. Hated the long stairs to 2nd floor laundry. All in all, a pleasant spot to nest.

We have stayed at Maui Vista several times. The property is clean and well maintained. It is very close to Cove, Charlie Young, and Kam 1 beaches. We rented suite 1423 from Jan 23 to Feb 6. The condo was very clean, however, a bit spartan and needs some attention by the

Hi, Unless you have the actual unit number identified to you in vrbo and pictures, and you're able to ask questions of the owner (or Property Management firm that's in Kehei) then you may not get answers to all of your questions. I was able to ask questions up front to someone in Canada who worked with the Property Management firm, which did help. I did like the property, the pool was nice and you do access it with a room key, and the issues we had with the smoke detector going off, the futon in the LR not being very comfy to sit on, were minor compared to the fun we had daily on Maui. Try to find a unit you can ask questions about, but on the whole I do believe the MV offers good value.

Our condo overlooked the pool, so I would have noticed it being busy or noisy. It was very quiet. It's the only pool we used. I don't believe the pool was heated. It certainly didn't need to be.

I have a friend that lives in Building 1 and I personally have stayed in all three buildings. When we stayed in building 3, we rented the top floor. If it is anything like building ones floor plan, it has a open loft that looks down on the living room. It may have one big bed or two twins and a half bathroom. 418 should look out towards the parking lot and towards the West Maui mountains, BUT you should have a killer view. Now the negative about being on the top floor is, the elevators break down a lot as they did during our stay. The last thing we wanted to do is hike stairs after a long day in Hana. Lastly, BRING EARPLUGS!!! on the fourth floor, you are at treetop level. Between the Mynah birds, Doves and parrots/lovebirds they are LOUD!!! The widows are glass louver type and do not block out the noise. Hope all this helps. If you want to know great eats, check out mu other reviews from Maui. ALOHA!!

Are the condos pet friendly ? I have friends that want to visit with there small dog.
Unless you're lucky enough to find an owner that is pet friendly, Good luck. Also you need to check out the quarantine process to bring your pets to ANY Hawaiian island, It is intensive and expensive. The process takes AT LEAST 3 1/2 months and cost around $1000.00 when all said and done. Then if the dog is not small enough to sit in your lap or under your seat, it will cost around $175.00 each way for your pet. Here is the address of a Vet on maui that can help you with the pricess if you choose to do so. South Shore Veterinary Care 330 Ohukai Rd Suite 107 Kihei Maui, HI 96753 Phone: 808-874-3422 My advice is to leave the pets at home.....
