This has been my fifth trip to Hawaii but the first time I have visited Maui. Maui is by far my favorite! The staff at this hotel are exceptional, it is clean and a fantastic value. More importantly, I came on vacation but thanks to gracious staff, I left feeling like ohana.

Hotel is near the beach in the north of the Kihei area. Love the access to the beach and the upper patios that allow great views of the sunset. We had an updated room that and upgraded room that had good space and a comfortable bathroom. There was great parking and a nice area

Extremely dirty room, bathroom. Torn mattress cover. Chairs were dusty. The general manager never spoke to us about our feedback. I asked for a refund multiple times because of the condition of the room, and she refused. There is a plastic tree inside the room that is covered

We paid $233 a night in September. I agree with the previous post-er that it would be nice to face the beach and have a view from the patio. Our first two nights, we were right on the street, which was close to the beach but noisy and a little too close to the water at a time when Hurricane Olivia was threatening. The manager was most gracious in moving us to a second floor room with a better ocean view, and we felt more secure as well as happy with the view. As the last post-er said, we were happy with the breakfast and the staff there.

I apologize but what email are you emailing? We did make some changes to our email so that could be why. But yes you may always contact us directly or through choice. Our number should be online. Our cancel policy if booked directly is 72 hour prior to your arrival and we do require 1 night deposit which is fully refundable if canceled outside of the 72 hour policy. Upon your arrival we charge the full amount at the time of check in. Hope this answers your question or please contact hotel directly (808)879-1261. Mahalo

Children are welcome. Their Website says it’s family friendly. You probably won’t see a lot of kids as most of the rooms have a king bed as far as I am aware.

Your right it was good. I’ve had a couple of back surgeries and I did sleep well there. I would tell you to email them. I know that other places will tell you, as I have done this myself to get pillows sheets I liked.
