Room was very well-appointed for a close-to-airport facility. I was greeted immediately upon arrival (around 10:40pm) and quickly assigned my room. King bed was comfortable, shower was nice and large, and everything worked. I got a great night's rest.
It was great to have a hotel in such close proximity to the airport after a very long flight to OGG. The front desk recognized Titanium status, and while upgrade was not offered automatically, a larger room was given when I asked about upgrade possibility. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The AC unit may not be the greatest one, but it was possible to open the windows at night. I found the rooster singing to be a very cool thing, although I know it might irritate some. It started rather early-before 2 am, the rooster must have been on Pacific time :-) Hotel does not charge resort fees; however, there is parking fee of $12/night which I only noticed on the bill I received after checkout.
Best Courtyard room I have stayed in, a king suite. Friendly, attentive front desk and restaurant staff. After a long flight, it was nice to be able to have dinner and not need to leave the hotel. Several food trucks were also in walking distance. Received Titanium upgrade. Fully staffed housekeeping.
Horrible experience. The restaurant was half empty but it took them an hour to get food - there was no sequence in which orders were taken or delivered. I am a titanium member of no bonvoy and this is the worst example of food delay I have experienced
A very nice Courtyard hotel that's able to charge top-tier prices due to its proximity to OGG airport for single-night stay travelers, and the lack of any nearby competition. In a normal airport hotel environment with competition, there's no way this Courtyard would be able to charge rates above what you'd pay for beachfront lodging elsewhere on Maui. A well-kept hotel with an attractive and efficient lobby, nice pool area, and locked doors at all entrances, due presumably to a high homeless population roaming the area. A Costco is across the street, and the hotel is immediately flanked by two separate food truck dining areas, so plenty of eating options within just a few steps. Noisier on the busy street side, between the hotel and Costco. One pet peeve, as shown in the photo...now that even expensive, $1,500 rack rate hotels like this Courtyard have figured out they can increase their profits (and pretend to support the environment) by offering guests only bulk dispenser shower items, instead of individual bottles, everyone is glomming onto this trend. But is it asking too much for these profit-chasing hotels to say, think of their guests first, and offer their obligatory bulk shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in clearly marked and/or color-differentiated containers, as opposed to the lookalike bottles shown in the accompanying photo?? Good luck trying to quickly ID the bottle with shampoo, or shower gel, etc., while you're scrambling to get ready to be able to check out and make your 8AM out of OGG. …
Rachel was friendly and efficient at check in. A very pleasant stay for two weary travelers. Clean, comfy and convenient! Loved the spa like shower and luxury bedding. The Bistro in the lobby was welcome since the weather had turned cold and rainy. Would definitely stay again.
Had a 1-night business stay with a work colleague. The room was comfortable and best of all quiet. The room was spacious and was upgraded into a larger room. The extra space had a sofa, work area and extra counter space plus a mini refrigerator if needed.
We stayed for a one night to have a cushion before our 3 week stay at the Westin Kannapali Villas North. Our room was clean, a upgrade with a kitchenette and seating area and bedroom. We did not use to pool or fitness room but they looked just fine. The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and had great customer service skills.
The hotel was very close to the airport and a Walmart. They had breakfast options, but they were limited. They had a snack area. The room was clean, and comfy. They had bulk shower supplies. I found it odd the highest they could charge for the room was 1500. It was 150 room state side, but the place did it’s job.
We stayed 1 night before moving to another place. The room was very noisy. We heard neightboors the whole night, wiindow was very thin : we heard trucks delivering stuff on the other side of the street, and do not forget chickens singing early the morning. The hotel was a little bit old and need some refresh. The room rate was also disconnected from the reality.
