New hotel, very clean obviously. We love Timbers Kauai! Kauai has always been our favorite island in Hawaii but we struggled to find an accommodation that was as amazing as the island. We are so lucky to find Timbers. Even with the island being at 150% capacity, nothing was crowded. We could find seats at the pool at any time during the day. The food at Hualani's is the best on island. The 3 BR accommodation is off the charts. It is beyond beautiful and we love having a full kitchen but still having daily housekeeping. The staff at Timbers makes you feel taken care of and any request is met with ease. They were even able to return our Hertz rental for us. We loved the farm tour and Farmer Cody! We also loved the chocolate tasting on property- delicious Lydgate Farms choc is amazing. Our kids took ukulele lessons with Kaui that they loved- we played golf and foot golf- all so much fun, right on property. We look forward to returning in June 2022!…

From reservations to check out…..the service was fantastic! Our room was HUGE, clean and cozy at the same time. Grounds are beautiful with enough room to explore! The airline completely lost my bag and the spa manager literally gave me one of her own shirts!

RUN as fast as you can! The service is ridiculously awful. If you’re interested in Pickleball the courts are unusable. One of the two jacuzzis was broken. The nicest thing I can say about the staff is that they are incompetent. This is a very expensive resort and not worth your hard earned money. Stay anywhere but here.

We dined here for our anniversary. The scenery is beautiful, after all it's Hawaii. Our server Darren was outstanding. He was friendly, informative, and attentive without overdoing it. Our fish was fresh and prepared excellently. Dining here was a welcoming experience. Highly recommend and will definitely go back. Upon finding out it was our anniversary, we were presented with a free dessert, which topped the evening off nicely.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Timbers Kaua'i. The condo was everything we were hoping it would be and more, great indoor and outdoor space, a very efficient kitchen, comfy beds, huge bathrooms, and a comfortable serene vibe. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that a stay at Timbers included use of their free loaner toys (bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, paddle boards and more), and a great outdoor grill area with a beautiful fire pit. I feel spoiled, not sure I could stay anywhere else on our next trip to Kauai!

Timber Kauai exceeded all our expectations. We have stayed at many luxury resorts (St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, etc) and Timbers definitely makes the cut above all the rest. It has a casual vibe and understated elegance. It is a place one can truly unwind, relax, and recharge while also having fun. Accommodation: spacious and impeccably furnished bedrooms and living area, large walk in closets in every bedroom, well stocked kitchen with good quality pots, pans, dinnerware, and knives. Amazing views of the ocean and the bay. Large lanai with built in BBQ and large dining area in addition to multiple seating areas. Three of the bedrooms in our unit had private lanais that had gorgeous water views. We watched the sunrise and sunset everyday and star gazed from our lanai. Grounds: beautiful with many walking and biking trails (bikes are available for guests to borrow) Working farm on the property with weekly tours, fresh produce can be purchased from the farm. Pool area: never busy or crowded. Gorgeous views from the infinity pools. Plenty of lounge chairs and comfy cushioned chaise seating. Plenty of lounging spots in the shade by the pool. Good size hot tub. We saw many whales from the pool as well as on our lanai. Activities: available on site. Kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, tennis, pickle ball, surfing, golf, kite making, coconut painting, hula dance lessons, etc. Complimentary use of bike, paddle board, tennis rackets, etc. Just pick them up at the gear shack and go! No need to sign them in or out! Golf. Guests take the golf cart from the lobby to the club house. Beautiful golf course with many holes over looking the ocean. Great practice putting greens and driving range. Service: friendly, attentive, and accommodating without overbearing. Pre-arrival service by Alyssa was great. She helped make restaurant reservations, golf tee times, excursions, etc. Restaurant: Hualani’s: incredible food! Everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. We ate here for breakfast five times and dinner twice. Service is solid without being stuffy. Complimentary coffee, tea, and yogurt and homemade granola. Beach: no direct access to the beach. It is a short 5 minute walk via the hidden elevator (ask the staff for its location) or a quick ride on the shuttle. We never had to wait for the shuttle as it was always ready on demand. Location: the best on the island. Close to the airport so you can start your vacation without losing time. Centrally located between Poipu/Waimea Canyon, and the north shore Hanalei/Napili Coast hikes. Many great restaurants nearby. Costco, Target, and Safeway grocery were within 10 minute drive.…

Outstanding property, first-class service, food and beverage, Four Seasons-caliber experience in a boutique resort. Quiet, secluded. The infinity pool was world class. Great activities for all ages on the property, and a short drive from local restaurants, shopping, and beaches in Poipu, Kapa’a and Hanalei. Can’t wait to return!
