We were 3 adults. We had a nice clean room with 3 queen beds. There was a mini fridge with a small freezer. And there was a fireplace that we didn’t use. The location was good for walking around town. There were so many free snacks and coffee/hot chocolate at the office. We only stayed one night and wish we had stayed 2 or 3!
We had a terrific huge "suite" with a semi-private 2nd bedroom. It had great shower pressure and hot water. Location was perfect and within walking distance of everything downtown. Indoor hot tub, which we didn't use, that you access from outside. Breakfast was coffee and breakfast bars.
My first impression of the place was a lady at the front desk. To save you from a long story I'll just say she was fairly rude. Ask her a question and you'll get a smart remark, ask her a second question and you get a one word answer. She could use some hospitality training. Once I got thru that, we went to our room. it was fairly dated but seemed clean. The bed was comfy and it's a short walk to the heart of town. Parking is a bit tight but we were able to find a spot each night. I was a little worried at first. Jackson is a pretty busy little town. Once you get out to the Hole and in the park it is beautiful. The animals are much closer than in Yellowstone and you don't need a spotting scope to see everything. If we go back I will look around at other places but won't tell you I'd never stay here again. If it hadn't been for that one interaction I might not think about looking. I left that office so unhappy I planned on ripping this place in a review but there are a lot of other people that work there that deserve your patronage. I decided to try and not let one apple spoil the bunch.…
Very basic motel, located conveniently close to the town center of Jackson Hole. The motel appears to have been recently renovated, and offered cold A/C, tv, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. We were only staying one night as a stop over on our vacation, and booked this room through the National Park Service at a lower rate. Front office staff was friendly, check in was quick, and beds were comfortable. Downside: upstairs rooms have no elevator, parking was limited & rooms were noisy due to outside traffic. Positives: very convenient, comfortable & reasonably priced for the area.
We spent the night of our arrival here. I chose the room based on location and price. The location is great. You can easily walk to the town center. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The lobby offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. I noticed there is a small indoor pool and fitness center but we did not use them. Parking was convenient. Overall, we were very happy with the room in this location for the price.
