If I could turn back time I would have chosen a more high-end hotel. I expected more and was disappointed. Just an OK place with nothing that helps them stand out. I wouldn't stay there again... not because it was BAD, but because it wasn't GOOD.

I stayed in room 504 for four nights end of Sept and was charged $1487.08 and received only cold breakfast and no room service. The rooms are becoming outdated and no one visited the room for the four days, garbage had to be taken to the dumpster and requests for clean towels etc. had to be on paper attached to door. All of this is because they use covid as the excuse for poor breakfast and poor room service while maintaining the outrageous prices. the refrigerator had no knob to adjust the temperature and everything inside was frozen solid including a soda can that exploded. For the last 10 years I have stayed at this hotel for one week twice each year but will not return. Laundry was not working and others complained of no hot water.

We were on a tour and had no choice in where to stay. When we got in the room located on the ground floor, the window was open and we could not get it to close. We had to call maintenance to come and close it. The bathroom sink is right in front of the door to come into the room- very tight for two people. On a good note, it is within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. They have a continental breakfast that is just like any other average hotel. It was Labor Day weekend and EVERYTHING was super crowded!

We are in a tour of the west. I believe this is hotel number 4. Clean, ample, great comfortable room. Less than 10 minutes walk to center of town. Staff very pleasant. We had breakfast, not fresh but decent. For a person like me with dietary restrictions, it was the worst.

Wow, the pictures on the internet when you book this hotel are from years past. My husband and I stayed there for two nights. Sept 7 & 8, 2021. For $757 for two nights, we expected nice accommodations. What a disappointment. This hotel is unkept to say the least. The grounds are unkept as well as the exterior and interiors. This hotel is in need of repair in so many areas, don’t know where they would begin. Interior and exterior are in need of repair as well as updates. These owners are either planning to take the whole thing down and rebuild or else, they just want the income and are not concerned about customer satisfaction. We were first put in a room that looked like a back alley hotel room, dark, crowded bathroom, poor mattress, 95 degrees outside with a non working air conditioner. The exterior was in poor condition as well as the parking lot. Parking lot was in poor condition, grass and flowers unkept. Felt dirty. The room was totally outdated, even the hotel employee said they are receiving a lot of complaints and the employees are embarrassed. They moved us to an upgrade, poor mattress, broken toilet seat, outlets by sink not working, halls unclean. We didn’t feel much better in the upgrade. After these two nights, we stayed in Cody at “The Cody”, beautiful place and I highly recommend. The Cody is exactly what we expected in the 49r. Don’t waste your money on this hotel. It really put a damper on our trip.
