the hotel needs more attention to detail. There needs to be plugs in bathtub and sink drains; listening to guests about booking details. We specified first floor because of knee issues and even after calling to confirm a few days before arrival and assured we were on first floor, upon arrival we were told there was no room available and were assigned 2nd floor!

We arrived well before check in time. Just stopped by to let them know we were in the area. They said they would contact us via phone number on our reservation. Never received a call.
Room was ok as it was only someplace to rest and shower the toilet was so low to the ground even with the handicap grab bars getting off the toilet was a challenge.
The shower was ok but boy stepping back out was like a 6-8” reach to the floor and no grab bar at the front side to hold onto while attempting to get out of tub.
No tissues in room and shampoo was what was left over from previous guest. Less than a half bottle of shampoo to use.
The real shock of our stay was my husband witnessed 2 people climbing out of the window from a room on the first floor on the main building. One gentleman climbed out then the other handed him all their possessions and placed in vehicle. Then once all bags were handed out the Second Gentleman moved curtain over to climb out then reached back in to pull curtain closed and carefully shut the window. Got into vehicle and left.

Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. We reserved the whirlpool room... room had NO microwave (super 8 STANDARD)! Asked for a microwave at the front desk and I was put on the phone with the manager. Manager told me that I would need to go downstairs (on the 2nd floor) and use the microwave in the COMMON area as all the other rooms were sanitized. LAME! Rooms really have NOT been touched since the 80's. No updated except flat screen TV (which didnt work initially). Heater was ON, it was 90 degrees out........
Avoid!!

Check in was fine. The sheets on the bed were clean but the comforter had stains that looked like green paint on it. The shower was filthy, the mat in the shower was brown and disgusting. There was brown stuff smeared on the shower wall above the tile. There was a surge protector by the fridge that was warped and melted, we let the front desk know, they didn’t see any issues with it, it so we unplugged everything from it. We went to check out the pool & hot tub on Sunday night, the water in the hot tub was very cloudy and there was something brown on the hot tub seat, again the front desk person didn’t seem to care and the hot tub looked the same Monday morning. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend. On Friday night we went to the hotub and their were a lot of people in that area. People were told to put their drinks on the table because they could not be by the pool or hotub. The next day they closed the pool and hotub. We were very disappointed and were going to leave, but they refused to refund us the night. They said they had to drain the hotub and pool and were going to do it that night and fill it the next morning. We checked and it was never drained.

Very disappointed with our stay in this Super 8. The room was in a state of disrepair and didn't look like it had been cleaned. We spent $99.90 for our stay. I didn't expect our room to be anything amazing, but I did expect it to be clean and not falling apart. The room, the bedspread, the walls, the bathtub, the carpet--everything was dirty. The white towels had yellow stains on them, the lampshades were falling apart, the curtain rod wasn't attached to the wall. Please see photos. It appears like no one cares about this place. Couldn't a few dollars from every stay go into buying lampshades, new bedsheets and anything else a room might need? Do these hotels answer to anyone? There is no way our room would have passed any sort of inspection, especially during a worldwide pandemic. Whoever owns this has lost their passion for true hospitality. I would only stay here if nothing else was available. It doesn't appear any money has been put into the rooms to keep them clean or updated.

Room Tip: Ask to see the room first. You definitely don't want to stay in room 207.

When we arrived, the front desk staff was berating the customer for placing them in a room that didn't match their reservation. We had reserved a first floor king with microwave and refrigerator. We were placed on the second floor with no microwave. As we had meetings and appointments, we did not want to risk getting kicked out, so we said nothing. The refrigerator was moldy and did not keep even a water bottle cold. The bed comforter was stained with what looked like blood or coffee. We removed it. We would not use the blankets and sheets. We slept onto of our own blankets. There was no evidence of bugs -- so that was good. However, at night there were some weird happenings at the hotel. Several customers had their door propped open while having intimate relations. We made sure to lock all of the locks on our door. We would have complained, but our card key didn't work on the second night. When we called the number at the front desk, the same front desk worker from the first day came out of an adjacent room highly irritated when she was the one who set up the key cards.

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Went to our room and found 2 towels. No wash clothes. 2 hand towels. There were 4 of us. Only 2 very small pillows per bed with what looked like pillow covers not cases. The remote did not work, only turned on the TV. Our coffee pot also didn't work. The breakfast wasn't worth going to except to get coffee. We looked at the pool but decided if they couldn't clean the room properly they probably didn't clean it either. The beds were very uncomfortable and had a hard outer area that sucked. Our door did not even have all the numbers on it. Would not stay again.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! Mattress was urine soaked, floor/carpet had mold, refrigerator had mold, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, shower was filthy and full of mold. We immediately asked for a refund, manager "wasn't available" and staff was extremely rude and dismissive. We have been trying for a week to get a refund.

When you stop even trying. That sums up this experience. Instead of closing during construction (mind you seemingly being done by your relatives) you enter A place full of various pieces of plumbing, bags of trash, etc. Mind you after 3 pm check in time. Clearly, you are no longer trying. Hardest bed I have ever slept on. Like rock. Minimal cleanliness and things didn't work. Try not to ask about breakfast....If you literally don't have an extra 10-30$ to do better....you will survive.

If I remember correctly, there was a sign that said you must be 18 to check in. Don't think you'd have to be to 18 to reserve the room with a CC. Don't know about any rules regarding other guests in room. Hope this helps?
