This hotel is one of those mom and pop one-story hotels that tests the fringes of dumpiness. The owners were nice, the room was adequate, and the location was good. The airconditioning unit was in a wall in the bathroom/closet area. You had to stand on a chair to change the settings--not the safest procedure. It provided shelter, but not much more. Paid $100. Chain hotels were full because of an event and they were charging $200 and up.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. The pool is nice and clean with the advantage of being heated, Nice flat screen TV's with cable and HBO. This motel is NOT an eyesore with a nice pond and littered with beautiful flowers. If I where to come back to the cozy town of Sparta i would definitely come back to Best Nights In. .

This is a great place for a weekend stay it is clean and has pretty good sized rooms. The rooms have very nice flat screen televisions with cable. The beds are not the best as they are not very comfy. I would definitely come back here again.

Me and my husband reserved for valentine's day with a "hot"tub which the hot water was luke warm at best and the tub was very grimey. then heat in the room took forever to heat up had to turn up the heat to 85 just to get a little heat it wasn't until sometime after midnight it finally heated up! went to go watch television and couldn't get not even one channel to work it kept saying no single. also went to ask for more towels the lady at the front desk acted like she didn't think we needed any more towels than what we had i asked so we can't have any more towels and she reluctantly after rolling eyes and asked how many

I was very impressed. Fridge, microwave, WiFi, pool and close to the biking trails. And although older they take pride in it and it is well kept and clean. I’ll be back. More biking trails to explore!

When we pulled up we almost immediately turned around. The couches on the front walks & the crowd smoking at the main entrance were not inviting. Even with the proof of booking online, the man, who didn't speak a word of english, couldn't find our reservation ... thank goodness. We offered to find something else. In the taxi ride back to our (other) room after the concert there was conversation about our experience & the taxi driver, along with another passenger that lived local, were quite adamant that it was a blessing for us to not have stayed there & advised us that it's known to be a crack house & that dead bodies have been carried out from over-doses.

Very nice, clean and good price. Good house keeping and an enjoyable pool. I stayed here due to some personal problems and it was a very good place to relax while I get things figured out. The customer service was also excellent and breakfast was FREE.

I have stayed here and the owner does not speak English at all. the rooms were not clean to what i expected. and when i asked for another room they said there was nothing else except a smaller room. so i took it. the next day i talked to someone that has been living there with kids (3) for a long while and they said that the owner will walk into your room and not knock. and made them move to a smaller room. in my room i did not have a working heater or air conditioner and there was mold in the bathroom. the window was cracked, i could look outside around the door when the door was shut. the microwave did not work. but the worst was the MOLD in the bathroom

This is a budget motel. The room was very clean with air conditioning, refrigerator,TV, WiFi, shampoos,pool and soaps etc. It is simply a no nonsense motel that also allows its guest to enjoy a few goodies at breakfast. Our experience was good and the cost was only $50 for the night.

We were traveling in from out of state - and knew we would be late upon arriving (around 10 pm) and told them this when we reserved the room. If someone had not been house sitting for us - we would not have known that they called the house and gave us 10 minutes to call them back before they gave away our room! When we called them back they said they didn't call us!! Be aware. It did work out ok - but it literally was the last room in town when we made the reservation. It is an older hotel and needs upgrades.

"the light switch for the bathrooms are on the outside of the bathroom so if there are any trouble makers you are with while you are pooping or p-ing or taking a shower they turn the light off and the door does not lock so if you are that kind of person you can LOOK at them :)"Read full review
