This is the third year we have stayed at Pheasant Park and we love the location. We bike to the beach in just 5 minutes, use the park behind the resort for pickle ball, walk to shops and food. Its location is perfect. We have stayed in the 3 bedroom with 5 - 7 adults and have plenty of room for us all. The balcony in the 3 bedrooms adds more space for eating and hanging out. We enjoy the pool, however in the summer it is crowded due to its small size. The style of furnishings is very basic but comfortable. Our only real complaint is the appliances and pans in the kitchen are outdated and cheap. We brought our own pans this year and it really helped.

We stayed at Pheasant Park with our 5 month old and two year old. We had a two bedroom unit with full kitchen and two bathrooms. Our rooms and the resort were very clean and well-kept. The kitchen was stocked with the dishes and supplies needed so we could cook most of our meals instead of going out to eat every meal. The resort was quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool area was very nice. The resort is only a ten minute (at most) walk to the main downtown street. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Pheasant Park. It was one of the best places we've stayed at and reasonably priced. The room was so comfortable with two full baths. Three TV's! for those with families and different viewing choices. The bed and linens were so nice with two different types of pillows for those with a preference, softer ones for me, firmer for him. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in, including that ever important wine corkscrew. The pool room is beautiful with the wood plank ceiling and views to outside. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and made us feel welcome.

We stayed at the Pheasant Park resort over the weekend of the 4th of July and had a great time. This is the 4th or 5th time that we've stayed at Pheasant Park and it has always provided us with a consistent, positive experience. When the kids were younger, we spent more time on property at the pool - which is well maintained - and in the rooms playing games, etc; however, now we use the resort more as a base as we roam around the peninsula. The location is awesome...just a quick walk down-hill to downtown Sister Bay, including Sister Bay beach, shopping, and a number of restaurants including Al Johnson's, Wild Tomato, and Husby's...all favorites of ours. Access to both Route 57 and 42 is super easy which is great for navigating up and down Door County. And if you want to just spend a quiet evening on your deck / balcony at the resort to wind down after a busy day, it's perfect for that as well. Highly recommend this spot for families!

This is a great place to stay with a pool, hot tub, and sauna. They have both an outdoor pool and indoor pool but the outdoor pool was closed in September. They have multi person suites with the smallest having two bedrooms. They will charge you $12 per extra person over 2 per night. This isn't neediness mentioned anywhere on their website and hidden fees get an automatic 2 star reduction. If you stay here have one person check in and don't mention additional guests.

Had a wonderful stay at Pheasant Park in November and March. Felt completely comfortable with the accommodations and cleanliness during Covid. I am not sure what I would have done without the amazing and sparkling clean whirlpool tubs-- huge tubs in the room that fit two and maintain the hot water temperature while bubbling away! The staff are so helpful and made great recommendations for fun adventures up and down the Door. Will definitely return.

We were able to get a 3 bedroom Suite with a kitchen dining and living room for 2 family couples and one single where we could cook and hang out together. We had a deck and tables with a grill outside for anyone to share who was interested in grilling.
The pools (inside and outside) and hot tub were clean were clean and well kept.
The beds were comfortable and we heard no noise from others below or outside our door. Housekeeping came once a day to replace towels, coffee and other things that were needed.

Loved our stay! The room was very well maintained and gave us (we have 2 boys age 10 and 7) enough space to spread out. Having a small kitchen for making quick breakfast and storing snacks and leftovers was perfect. We all enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub and sauna were nice extras and the pool area was warm enough. We used the coffee bar in the lobby. It was also the perfect location- just a short 2 minute drive to the main street in Sister Bay.

Unlike other reviewers who demean this great resort we have found joy each visit. Largest quiet pool in the county. Units are time-share quality.. not a motel room with bed, chair, small table, tv, & 2 cup coffee warmer. Workout room has great top of the line equipment Fewer machines than $$ mini-gyms but exceptionally adequate for health management. Staff provides latest restaurant news, hours, & menus. We appreciate their personal info on dining opportunities. Large lounge welcomes guests with an exceptionally comfortable variety of seating. Well lit areas but also soft enough to help escape any remnant stress from the day. Our unit always has cabled TV's, fireplace, mini kitchen, with microwave, 12 cup coffee maker dishwasher, elec. Stove, large refrigerator & any needed supplies. The beds (king in one rm & queen in other) provide rest comparable to top hotels we use when traveling. (Think Hilton/ Hyatt) This resort far exceeds many higher priced shoreline locations They enthusiastically accommodate us when we stay 6-7 weeks or a few days per year. Wonderful in any season.

Pheasant Park Resort was the perfect place to stay. It was a tranquil retreat and yet only a couple of minutes from the marina and other shops and restaurants. Our room (a 2-bedroom suite w/ full kitchen) was very clean when we arrived and it was very comfortable to stay in. A pleasant stay all around.

We have a conference room available at the resort. It would accommodate your group quite easily. If you wish to reserve it, please contact the resort at 1-800-392-3921. The charge for the conference room is $75 per day, which includes set up of the room with tables, chairs, and tablecloths.
