I arrived to get my key and lady told me from phone that there were no more rooms. I booked for Oct 8th for the 24th. I had to go and find somewhere else to sleep. I also pre paid online. No refund...

Reservation never made it to the manager. Room wasn't ready at 8:30pm. Room was dirty/dark. Wifi didn't work. Door was loose/see air through the door. Room smelled of cigarettes. 10 vehicles out front, 6 people staying there. Need to replace the many burnt out light bulbs outside of each room so it stops looking like a horror movie set. I personally wouldn't leave ANYTHING inside my vehicle at night. Really disappointed...

The owner/counter attendant was very kind and helpful. Very honest, the website that I booked through over charged me and he could have said nothing- instead he reimbursed me the difference. The place is definitely dated, but clean. The only complaint I have, I really thought I was on their home page when I booked so the pictures of the hotel - were not even close to what reality is - so just be expecting an older motel, that is clean and very nice front desk staff.

Stopped here on our way through town on a motorcycle ride. We were looking for a less expensive place with no extra frills. Guess you can’t beat $55/night. It is very dated but was overall fairly clean. Things like TV and picture frames and windows were fairly dirty but the sheets and bed and bathroom looked pretty good. The towels were very small and the one I used was thin and had black marks on it and the bedsheets were pretty worn to but clean. Lighting definitely needs upgraded as room was very dark. There is washers and dryers on site and a very nice clean ice machine so that’s a plus. The gentleman in the front office went out of his way to make us feel welcome and help in any way possible. He even made my husband a pot of coffee! So while it could use some investment and elbow grease it was an OK place to rest our heads for the night.

You get what you pay for. View in the back is nice in a snow storm. No plungers in the bathrooms which is lovely... but the front desk does what they can to accommodate you during your stay. Good for when you don't want to spend a lot of money on overnight stays.

Really wanted to stay at this location as it's walking distance from our actual destination. I received a call 2 days prior to check in canceling our room. Seems they have extended stays not to check out. REALLY!!! Then why take reservations if this is a possibility? Thankfully a hotel on the other end of town was able to give a room for close to the same cost or the vacation would have been over before it began.

I disliked this motel on site, exterior is pretty grim, dark depressing rooms, it was expensive for what it was and I would not book it again, it was clean though and convenient just off the highway although a couple of miles out of town.

Great room. Huge bed. Couldn't find each other. Very clean, lots of extras. The lowest priced motel in our nine day trip. Only there one night. Not much more to say. My husband was born in Racine so we checked it out.

Stayed here en route to UP. Had to wait 7 min for the worker to respond to us once we arrived around 11. The room was fairly clean but just naturally run down and dusty. Nonetheless gets the job done if you know what you're getting

Made reservations in January at $62 per night. Pulled in parking lot upon arrival to see it full of construction equipment and no room to park the two boats that we had with us. It was obvious that the workers there were not locals. Went into the office to check in. Had to talk to two people to get an answer. It turned out that they had our reservation, but could not provide a room for us. How is this possible when the reservations were made 7 months in advance? They suggested a different hotel a few miles down the road that they also owned. Upon arrival there, they had no rooms as well until we told them where we were sent from. Now they had rooms but at double the rate. We gave them 12 hours to adjust the rate with no luck so we stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Marinette instead. Cost more yes but we were treated like a guest should be. I had stayed at the Tarragon for many years fishing that part of the country. I will never stay there again.
