Great for a visit to Lambeau area of Green Bay. Wonderfully friendly staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast left something to be desired-I wish it was more consistent! If you're there for a game, or visiting for business its really ideal! Walkable to many restaurants and even the stadium, weather dependent!
Clean, quiet, comfortable. The pool was the perfect temp and the pool and work out area were clean. Our king suite room was very nice— comfy bed, very clean. The pull out twin got our daughter was better than a traditional sofa bed. Front desk was helpful and polite. Will definitely stay here again.
This property fully meets all of the expectations associated with this brand. It was quite clean, the infrastructure worked with excellence, staff was inviting and friendly, and the lobby architecture is airy and pleasant. The property is within easy walking distance of Lambeau Field for football fans. Because of the stadiums presents, there are a number of quality casual dining spots nearby. The actual site is in an area that is in the midst of redevelopment from what appeared to be an industrial area, so it seems a bit sparse in spots, but that will all change as the development around the hotel continues.
Issue #1: There was no hot water the first morning that I was there. As I rode the elevator to the breakfast bar, others voiced the same complaint. The comment from the front desk was "a lot of people take showers at the same time in the morning so that's why the hot water ran out". Which the response from us on the elevator was "isn't that what happens in hotels? We need to get our shower to get ready for our day ahead?" I had to contact a friend in the Green Bay area and ask if I could come to her house to use her shower. The second morning, I waited until later to use the shower, but it was a barely warm shower and the water turned cold within a few minutes. Issue 2. The beds in my room were so bad that I could see springs poking out of them. They were like craters! I was traveling with a senior citizen who has some back issues. She was unable to stay with me room because the bed mattresses were not only very uncomfortable, but even unsafe. I ended up using the coach in the living area of the suit to sleep on. Issue 3: Noise level. The acoustics are poor in this hotel. It was a full house every night but everyone was well behaved. There was no big loud group of any kind there to party for some sports event. But ordinary conversations could be clearly heard intelligibly from my room. even being as far away from the door as possible. There is a good inch gap from the bottom of the door to the flooring which could be one reason. But I could also hear people talking at normal conversational level in the room next door. If this is where you staying during a Packers game weekend, be prepared to hear lots of noise. I am a 25 year Marriott loyalty customer. This is the only Marriott property that has not met Marriott's standards in my 25 years of staying on Marriott properties. While I found the housekeeping service and breakfast attendant extremely pleasant, competent, welcoming, and helpful, the front desk seemed to be unempathetic of their hotel in need of much updating and proper maintenance. It does appear that work is being done as they were recarpetting the stairwells, so perhaps this is part of the updating process. However, no one should pay $168/night to stay in a hotel that does not have hot water, and beds that are unfit to sleep. To the point that I had to leave the hotel to get a hot shower and the other person in my party was unable to stay with me.…
We stayed for the first time at a SpringHill Suites in Green Bay. Great location near Lambeau Field. Clean and spacious room. Was able to check in earlier via an email that was sent and then when the room was ready I received a text alert (available mid morning). Only thing that could be improved on was they told us the bar would be open at 4:00 and it was not. The breakfast needs some improvement, we went to eat around 8:30 and there was hardly any food available. Front desk check in was great and was check out.
I didn't actually stay at this property. I had booked a room here through Booking.com. Apparently there was a no cancellation fee and after calling the property and talking to employee Casey... I was finally able to cancel my reservation. Booking.Com will rip you off don't do business with them! Thank you so much Casey! SpringHill Suites, you have a great employee.
The hotel was clean and comfortable! My family and I loved the spacious 2 bed queen room we booked and it even had a living space with a pullout trundle bed in the couch. It made our trip so much nicer, traveling with 5 people. The staff was also wonderful and so helpful with area attractions and happenings. We had never been to Green Bay before, so it was great to be able to ask questions and receive knowledgeable answers about the restaurants and events happening around us
I stayed in one of the suites with a living room which was very nice and spacious. The rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. I travelled to Green Bay for an assignment at the a local hospital and was less than 10 minutes away. Overall Springhill Suites is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel is in close proximity to everything Green Bay has to offer including Lambeau Field. The indoor pool and hot tub were in working order. The gym had everything I needed and was larger than other hotel gyms. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. No maid service due to Covid but my room was immaculate when I arrived and I didn’t stay long enough to require maid service. The breakfast bar also had a good variety. Would recommend this hotel.
The beds were comfortable and spacious. The staff was nice and respectful. The indoor pool also has a hot tub and chairs to side in. This hotel is near the GREEN BAY PACKERS stadium (walking distance). Definitely a quick stop to rest your head.
We were just passing through Green Bay to see Packer stadium. We hadn’t booked a hotel yet and had been driving all day. So when this one popped up on my Marriott Bonvoy app, we picked it. It is super close to the stadium, has a restaurant next door and a brewery across the street...what more could you want?!? Lol ;) The hotel looks brand new and is very clean. Our room was so big and spacious. The beds were comfortable( so were the pillows) and the living room space was sufficient ( couch was comfy to watch a movie). The ac worked great and so did the shower. Breakfast is to go now due to Covid and you also have a microwave/fridge in your room.
