We stayed here as part of a visit around the area. Check-in took 20mins and the poor fella in front of us looked as unimpressed as us! MASSIVE gripe here, you ask me to wear a mask and keep you safe. So why did i see the same member of staff wear her mask around her neck and chin everytime i walked around the hotel? 100% not acceptable. Room was great until 1.30am when the 2 lads opposite decided to go out the room every 20mins until 4.15am, and i really mean every 20mins. People then got fed up and either put the tv on or shouted down the corridor. No management to be seen. It spoilt our nextday as we were exhausted come 3pm. The restaurant staff however were amazing I wont be returning which is a shame.

It's great to hear the restaurant team did a great job and that you had no issues with the room, however it's a shame to read of your check in experience and that you were disturbed by other guests during the night. I'm also sorry to see a team member wasn't wearing their mask correctly and can appreciate this isn't what you'd expect. Our hotel teams are trained to carry out regularly night checks so as to minimise any potential noise disturbances, so I'm sorry that the noise was missed during these. I've raised your comments with the Hotel Management so they can follow this up internally and they'll implement any actions and retraining to avoid your experience being repeated. Budapest cancelled, our friend said Norwich, mmmm not sure. Anyway Norwich it was and the Broadlands premier inn was our place of choice. Good safety measures, screens, sanitising units and floor markings promoting social distancing. Warm welcome from staff, who gave us a good rundown of the safety measures. very clean room and comfortable beds, en suite bathroom and TV, happy days. free parking but you have to register your vehicle, good disabled access. A short bus ride into Norwich from across the road, two minutes away. We would definitely return as the hotel and Norwich are lovely. Being really picky, the corridor carpets need a steam clean or replacing

We have been coming to this particular premier inn ( Norwich Broadlands ) for years and never once have we had a complaint! It’s one of our favourite premier inns as the staff are fabulous, almost like family!! They make us so welcome! So a big shout out to Debbie, Sherrie, Nicky and Andrea, plus all the other staff that are working non stop!! Very highly recommended!! Love lynn and jacko
