Stayed 2 nights to attend a family event. Check in was fast and efficient very friendly receptionist and she kindly booked us in the restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable Wi-fi was excellent and nice big television with plenty of channels to watch. We had a carvery dinner in the Brewers Fayre next door and was very enjoyable and the servers were lovely and friendly and polite and took the time to chat to us. Breakfast was also very good all the usual suspects to eat and choice was plentiful. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

Hotel's Favorite
We love to stay in Premier Inn's and this is our favourite. The location is perfect for visiting many attractions and one can catch a bus from outside the Inn to go into the city of Norwich where there are so many things to do . We just stayed for a few days this visit but the staff are always helpful especially Sherrie who is very friendly, professional and will book us into our preferred room if it is available. Nothing is too much trouble for Sherrie. We like to pay the extra money and get into our room early if we can - again Sherrie helps with this where possible. Sherrie always remembers that I like to have an iron and ironing board in our room and also a heater ( unless we are having a heatwave ) - I feel the cold more than most !! The room was as always spotless with the choice of extra pillows - thank you to Niki and the Housekeeping team who really are exceptional and always so friendly and helpful if one meets them in the corridors. Niki is an excellent housekeeper. It really is the little things that make our stays here so pleasurable and why we keep coming back. We find it very useful to have the Brewers Fayre next door to the Premier Inn - with a walkway directly into the restaurant so that there is no need to go outside if you don't want / need to. A great stay with fantastic staff.

We found the free Wifi useless. It was slow to non existent. I wasn't prepared to risk paying for the upgrade to "ultimate wifi" just for 1 night. Irrirating - especially when other hotels / pubs provide something far superior baked into the price. Also very sad that you can only check in after 15:00 unless you want to pay an extra £10 per room (something that should have been made clearer to us at the time of booking) - beware. Again most other chains / pubs / hotels are happy to let you have your room early if its ready. Here Breakfast is £10 per head, but it competes with the nearby pub which is in walking distance which is £4 cheaper or if you upgrade 3 times bigger larger for a slightly lower price. All this just makes you feel you're being "had" by tricks used to increase Premier Inns revenue. Once you accept or dodge the tricks being played, you'll enjoy the stay.

We booked you stay here for a night as we were in the area for an event. As a family with young kids we checked in at 5pm on a Saturday and tried to get a quick dinner in the adjoining brewers fayre pub but were told it was fully booked. It looked almost empty! Luckily we found another pub nearby which was decent. However, the next morning we went down to get a breakfast at around 8.30am to be met by the same problem! Again, we were turned away with the reason given that they were fully booked! We've never had to book ahead for a premier Inn breakfast before. How can the hotel not cater for it's own guests for something as basic as the breakfast provision? There was no attempt to accommodate us, even despite us suggesting we could use one of the many empty tables in the non restaurant/pub drinking part. Ended up having to go elsewhere but kids disappointed as they were looking forward to it and we did not know it was essential to book ahead. Otherwise room was ok and comfortable. Just disappointing about the catering which was completely inadequate.

Stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions after attending a horse race meeting at Fakenham. A little out of our way, but rooms are comfortable and we like the choice of restaurants nearby. Even a drive thru Costa for your early morning coffee, or nearby McDonalds.

room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I love staying here as it feels like home. There is a Costa very close to the hotel. Bus stop is 3 min away if you want to go to city centre and save money for paying taxi. We had breakfast in the morning and that was very good also. Buffet style and we could eat as much as we wanted.

We've stayed at the Broadlands Premier Inn quite a few times now and it has become a favourite of ours. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, and walked us through the new self check-in system so we wouldn't have to wait. Location-wise, it is a little far out from the city centre but for us that's perfect, there's a Costa and Hungry Horse opposite for food and the classic Brewer's Fayre attached to the hotel itself, plus it's only a 15 minute drive to the city centre or a taxi is normally less than a tenner so travel in is completely doable too. Parking is also free on-site (provided you enter your reg on their parking tablet inside). Being on the outskirts, it means it's always a lower price stay than other hotels in Norwich, making it super affordable and convenient. And of course the rooms themselves are super spacious and comfortable; the bathrooms have everything you need and there's a shower/bath so you have the choice, the room has a great size desk, chaise longue sofa, spacious wardrobe unit and with tea/coffee making facilities (and extra tea/coffee/milk is available and free at reception) plus plenty of floor space, and the bed has to be the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, no wonder they market their bedding! Honestly the nicest and most perfect hotel in the Norwich area, and up there with higher-end hotels we've stayed at elsewhere, it's a must-stay if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient and affordable hotel in Norwich.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic location. It was clean and all furniture etc in good condition. The only thing that lets it down is the reception staff who are not welcoming, not accommodating and didn’t even ask us how our stay was when we left
