I'm not sure if this is representative of all hotels, as this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel post pandemic, but it was definitely not what I expected.
When we returned for the day at 7:00 PM, room service was in the room saying ‘the room service people don’t get paid if they don’t clean our room’. I thought this was weird plus not really my concern if they get paid since I didn’t want room service. Anyways, my daughter’s wallet was missing when we went back into the room. Hopefully, the staff didn’t take it, but we didn’t put our valuables away because we asked for NO ROOM SERVICE. This on top of the fact that the room was dirty when we checked in and the overall hotel looked a little run down. I would never recommend this hotel and would go so far as to try to persuade everyone to never come here.
As an added note, the shuttle service is really terrible. We were dropped off at a train station and called when we needed picked up. We went to the place we were dropped off and waited 45 minutes. The shuttle to pick us up did not pick us up at the same place we were dropped off because apparently the shuttle service morning staff and night staff pick up and drop off at different locations.
It is Ok for a short stay to access the airport.
"We asked did they have shuttle, yes they said, if need ride to cruise port have to pay $25. Per person. Use JD shuttle service 206.353.3731 our after cruise ride."Read full review
"Grab and go wasn't available as we had an early flight and had to leave at 5:30 AM, Courtesy van was very good. All employees were great."Read full review
