Stayed in a pet friendly room and it was very accommodating. Room was large, the queen beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was huge, and had a great view of Hood Canal. Room was very adequate although not fancy or high end. Staff was very good and very helpful with our group's use of the community room.

Glen Ary has beautiful views of Hoods Canal and the foothills in the distance. The property is clean and well kept with friendly and capable owner/operators.The dock across the road is an added plus with a distillery/gift shop, coffee business and an excellent Mexican resturant a short distance away in Hoodsport.We will return.

Front desk lady(shortgrayfrizzyhair) very rude and not friendly to children, didn’t seem like she was busy at all but her poor staff were working so hard and it was terribly hot out, felt bad for them..she snapped at my children and friend we were with about parking and we left for a more friendly area

stunning place to stay. If it was warmer i could have stayed on their private jetty watching the seals playing for hours. Really comfortable room and friendly reception staff. Only draw back was no Restaurants in walking distance

We stayed one night at Glen Ayr Resort while visiting the Olympic Peninsula. It is a motel and RV right along Hood Canal and just north of Hoodsport. Staff were friendly at check in and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My favorite thing about this hotel, though. was the floating dock on Hood Canal just across the street from the motel. We didn't fish or boat, but it was great to walk down to at sunset and sunrise for beautiful views. In the morning, I saw some sea lions resting on the dock just before sunrise. Overall, a really nice spot and I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

This was our families first trailer "camping" experience and we LOVED everything about it!! The staff was all super helpful and friendly. We are a family of 6 with 4 kiddos under 5 and everything was so easy and chill. The gazebo and game area was a kiddo and parent favorite. We loved our site. Check in was easy. Set up and tear down was easy. Everything was clean and perfect! Having laundry available on site was great as well as a shower rooms. We are already booked for same place site and weekend next year!! The new owners, Austin and Sarah were amazing and their kiddos were a blast to play with!!

This is a combination motel and RV park. The room was nice with the usual amenities. Not too sure about labelling this a resort, but there is a large hot tub and some picnic areas. Glen Ayr is right on the highway a few minutes away from Hoodsport which has several interesting stores and restaurants.

We got a great little spot at the back of the campground away from the highway(spot 14). Spots 13&14 are at the back and right next to a little creek. Perfect for campers wanting there own little space. Peaceful at night with the sound of the creek. There are also a bunch of wild blackberries that are easy to reach and yummy! Glen Ayr is just a mile or two up the road from Hoodsport. Across the highway they have their own beach and boat docks.

We arrived the last day of July, 2022 and the temp was 100. There was no air conditioning but a large fan. Street noise wasn't a problem since the fan was on high all night. Other than the heat that first night, the stay of very nice, with beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff.
