Each time I come to see family I choose Hotel Indigo. I've traveled the nation over the years. This Hotel stands out as exceptional in every way. Amazing location, super helpful and friendly staff, wonderful restaurant, clean large rooms with awesome beds. For the price, it's well worth it. Other more popular hotels pale in comparison. I'll be back for sure♡

I have mixed reviews about this hotel. It fell short of my expectations (but I recognize we are living in unusual times.) Hotel Indigo is located next to the Marina so I recommend you request a Marina View room. (Others are of roof tops and furnaces.) I would ask for the top floor because we had loud early risers above us and there is little to no insulation. The rooms are basic but clean. There are no drawers so you have to be okay with living out of your suitcase. We had a queen sized comforter on a king sized bed- if your partner rolls over, goodbye blanket! We were there from Friday to Monday and had no housekeeping service during our entire stay- no one came by to empty trash, replenish coffee, and no refresh of towels or sheets. We would have been happy if someone just came by once during our stay to empty trash and refill the coffee station. I don't mind using the same towels but one hook isnt enough of you want them to dry between uses. On a positive note, the front desk staff is friendly and responsive. (They gave us more coffee pods.) The restaurant is another story. I don't know if it is a staffing issue but we had two breakfasts there and were disappointed both times. My husband ate outside the first day and received very slow service, and it was never the same person twice. Once his food was served, nobody returned to refill coffee or even give him his check. We both ate there the second day and agreed that a $50 breakfast (for two very basic selections) deserves much better service than we received (slow to greet, slow to be served and orders were incorrect). None of this ruined our weekend, but it certainly didn't compliment an otherwise fun visit. If you are just looking for a no frills clean place to sleep for a night or two, this is an acceptable option.

Thank you KDL913 for your feedback and we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Yes, unfortunately Covid has forced us to change some of the services we offer including daily housekeeping service. As part of IHG's commitment to keep guests and employees safe, stayover service has been reduced to every 5 days. However our team is more than happy to assist with any requests for towels or trash removal during your stay. We appreciate your support and feedback and hope that you will give us another try the next time your travels bring you to the Pacific Northwest! Thank you again for your feedback.

We were in town from the east coast searching for a new home and stayed 3 nights. The rooms were scrubbed super clean and they thoughtfully left us an extra mask and disinfecting wipes in case we needed them. We didn't get a chance to use them, but the workout room looked great and they had a lovely indoor pool. The restaurant had delicious food. Whenever we interacted with any of the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient to so many other things. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Otherwise could be a great place to stay. Great walkability right by the marina, comfortable beds, great ac, nice staff and dog friendly. I reserved a king room w/balcony & view. Turns out just about all of the balcony rooms are near the hotel's HVAC system. Very loud and unpleasant. I spent no time out there and couldn't sleep with the window or door open. There are quieter rooms that face the parking lot. Paid for premier room and there was no bathtub (for this I'd compare it more to a motel) or microwave and minibar but they charge your card $100 up front (refundable) so you will use their hotel restaurant. No available carts (front desk said they had 4 but never saw them) so it took awhile to get my things to the room. Housekeeping/maintenance had their walkie-talkies on so loud in the afternoon in the hallways I'm not sure they cared too much. If you sleep in don't expect to..the room doors slam hard starting around 6:00 am. Meh :/ Location is good but could use a heck of a lot of improvement.

Stayed for 9 nights. Was not aware, until we checked into our room, that cleaning the room was only every 3 days, and room did not have enough supplies for 3 days.
Breakfast was not included but I asked if they would comp breakfast since the room cleaning was so limited. I was told no - but they would clean daily.
The view of water was not what expected. Our view was of the roof top...then farther out - it was of the boat harbor. Just be aware.
Overall the facility is newer and room was clean. Room is very minimalistic with open closet and not a lot of space for clothing if staying for a long period.
Restaurant staff very nice but acoustics not good so very noisy.
Don't think I would book here again.

Thank you for your review. I apologize the hotel did not meet your full standards. You will be happy to know we have now starting allowing guests to select if they want daily housekeeping service, rather than doing it every 3 days. We appreciate your patience with us while we work through these kinks. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again. Best, Jordan Pszonka Director of Rooms

The hotel seemed nice when we checked in and dropped off our things in the room. The reception staff were as nice and friendly as one could hope for.
It wasn’t until we returned later and tried to get some sleep that we realized the place had all the same features as a really crappy hotel. There were maybe fourth rooms on our hallway and we heard every one of those doors slam shut at least once. The doors are heavy duty but I don’t think there’s a seal down at the bottom so we heard every door slam shut and every conversation out in the hallway. Fail! The air conditioner worked as it should but the grill on the wall rattled every time the A/C came on. Fail! Our room, 215, was generally above the portico above the entry which was fine until it rained. When it rained, the rain hit the wide, flat, metal, flashing just outside our window and made a terrible racket. The sound came through the window just like it was open (which it wasn’t) one could even hear seagulls in the distance through the closed window. Hearing seagulls isn’t a bad thing, just a sign of a crappy window. Especially when there’s a bug flat metal flashing just outside the window. Fail! Got up in the morning and went to take a shower. The shower looked great but the door swung into the shower area, I had to squeeze past the door to get it to close and I’m an average size person (closer to what people’s idea of average is not the true average). After I pondered how messed up the shower was I realized that some numbskull put the door on upside down. The handle was below my knee and the seal was on the inside. If the door was flipped over the handle would be at the proper height and the seal would have been on the outside which would have allowed the door to swing outwards.Fail!
On the plus side, the bed, pillows and linen were above average. And the reception people were nice. However none of that compensates for a bad nights sleep…
I would rate this hotel as a mediocre value. Being one of the nicer hotels in Everett doesn’t justify charging destination hotel rates, even if all the failures were addressed.

Had an extended stay for a wedding and this place was not it! Beds were uncomfortable, room lacking any comfort, storage and amenities. Asked the cleaning staff daily to give us enough towels and coffee for 4 people and everyday they only would leave enough for 2. Staff not helpful and unwelcoming. We thought the restaurant on site would be helpful but the food was not good, overpriced and the staff seemed angry about working, almost annoyed. I would strongly recommend looking into the other 2 hotels with restaurants in the exact location.

This place is beautiful both inside and out. Almost brand new. It is in an industrial area near the water which does take away from some of its charm but it seems like the area is trending up and away from just industrial. Everything from the lobby, the restaurant, the pool and the rooms are beautiful. Like I said brand new and super clean and well done. The room was large and a it was a "water view" but that view was far off with parking lots and buildings in the way. We paid a little more upfront the get free breakfast and that was the right choice. It is a full sit down restaurant and you are allowed an entree and a drink. The two days we ate our tab neared $150 which was way more than we paid upfront so it was a great value. They have room service as well which we took advantage of for desert that my kids loved. What keeps this from 5 stars was the lack of WiFi. It did not work the whole time we were there. I thought it may have been my phone so I didn't bring it up until checkout. I was then told that it was a know issue for the whole hotel. No apologies or offer to comp anything for the stay, which was surprising. Also the blinds in our room were broken, which wasn't that big of a deal since we weren't in the room a lot. Fix these two things and next time this is a 5 star review!

This is a brand new and very nice hotel on Everett's waterfront. We're local and wanted to stay at a place that had a pool. No hot tub though which we could have used after our 3 mile walk along the waterfront. The room had a nice size king bed with a great view of the marina next-door. The room had a mini fridge and coffeemaker with an assortment of Starbucks. Could have used a microwave in the room. The clock has chargers attached to it for your phones which was a nice touch as we forgot ours. The bathroom was large, lots of towels/toiletries and the shower had nice pressure. Restaurant looked nice but had mostly seafood on their menu. Not bad for me but hubby doesn't eat it. Rooms had been cleaned and sanitized beforehand. There's a sticker on each door that confirms this before you enter. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was wonderful, from the front desk staff to the restaurant and amenities. We loved our stay and would return in the future.
Only recommendation for hotel management is towel bars/hooks or racks as well as a place to put soap/shampoo in the showers.
