First time visit to this property and the location is very convenient to local attractions, (Angel of the Winds arena) and various restaurants and establishments within walking distance. As with other Marriott locations, this one does not have the mobile check-in/key option, as well as the added feature of reviewing room charges, or express check-out through the guest services menu on the TV currently active and available. Self-parking is available at $12 per day, note on the day I arrived there was an event in progress at the nearby arena and the parking garage was at capacity, so I had to wait a couple of hours to find parking in the underground garage. As I have learned it is always a good idea to call ahead a day or two before arriving at any location where you may have tentative reservations and check for any inconveniences or last minute surprises that may occur doing your stay.

We stayed here for one night in a 1 bedroom 2 room suite, 1 King, Sofa bed, Corner room on the top floor. The hotel still looks and feels brand new. Service at check-in was friendly and thorough. The room was big and had a view of the harbor and downtown. The living area was spacious, as was the bedroom with the en suite bathroom. We stayed here for the proximity to Angel of the Winds Arena, which was a few minute walk away. The parking garage had plenty of space and was underground, which was an extra bonus when having to pay for parking. Internet worked well.

If you must travel at this time, Courtyard Marriott is sparkling clean, and has implemented well thought out COVID-19 hygiene and safety standards. Though the bistro & pool were closed, Shannon and the front desk staff were very helpful with my food deliveries throughout my month long stay. Also, I enjoyed walking in downtown Everett and the surrounding historic neighborhoods for exercise. The housekeeping staff is superb and attentive. Terrific stay!

We stayed here Nov 24-Dec 5 due to a family emergency. We booked our room and a 1 night stay for our daughter, who then extended her stay with her points, as we were gone early morning back late in evening. The fist I noticed the smell of cigarette smoke in my room , but not in my daughters right next door. I phoned down and the guest services said oh they will go on my floor and ask the room smoking to stop. The next day they cleaned my room, when I first got into bed it seemed fine. But overnight the room filled again. So when I got back late that night I moved guest services said to me it’s because their staff go out back and the ventilation is very close to my room that’s why there is smoke and they have stopped that. But the same problem again. So finally next night I packed all my stuff and moved. We also did not receive points for the one night stay for our daughter. She also brought an expensive orthopaedic pillow with her own pillow case and left it sitting in the room. The staff told me they found it and sent me with a bag that didn’t have the pillow it had a duvet. Then numerous times I tried to connect with housekeeping when she came to the front say8ng she had my pillow it was one of theirs and she was carrying her pillow case. So this makes me question the pair quality cleaning and leaving a pillow that looks nothing like a Marriott pillow. Finally when my husband returned I was able to move hotels. So sad because this just created undo stress on our family at an already difficult time. I kept being told a manager would contact me, never heard from them. Contacted head office got an email from someone at the hotel noting, “ my frustrations “ and 2000 points. Terrible service for a Marriott property. The pool also wasn’t working even though I inquired when we booked it. No food services, a child’s burnt pizza one night and I ordered delivery and the front desk didn’t phone me so my order left … the mistakes just go on. 1 star because of a combination of service mistakes.

Traveled here on business June 22 - 24.
First the good: The hotel is modern and well designed. There are good security procedures as well. Room was clean, quiet, and the bed comfortable.
Not so good: When I checked in the tv in my room would not turn on. There was power to the tv and the remote. I called front desk and they told me to check the power (even though I had already told them the power seemed to be on). They then told me that Maintenance had already left for the day (at 4:15 pm), but that they "might check back later". Our group went out to dinner, when I returned, tv still did not work. First thing next morning, I spoke with the front desk staff, who assured me that the problem would be looked into. When our meetings were over for the day, returned to my room to find the tv still not working. I went downstairs and spoke with front desk staff again, who explained that the Maintenance staff would be in at 5 pm. After dinner and activities, returned to room again to find tv still not working. No message from hotel staff or even apologies. In speaking with our group, two others in the group had similar problems.
This is obviously not a one-time problem. Most would think that tv isn't the most important part of a hotel stay, and of course it isn't, but it is part of what you pay for when you book a room, especially with a Marriott branded property. Disappointing.

Stayed here for the Fed Cup tennis event. Hotel was crowded, so check in was a little slow. It also was not obvious where to park the car when checking in. The check in staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and bright. Given that the hotel was full and we were close to the elevator, it was very quiet. We had a drink in the lounge and the service was quick and friendly. Breakfast the next day was a little slow and the breakfast could of included potatoes for a more complete meal.

That being said, if we ever need to stay in downtown Everett again, we will stay at this hotel. A nice place and a good value for the money.

Clean and modern, good views out the window but could have been better, especially at this price. This is the first review of a hotel I've ever written so I'll try to be as accurate as possible and to avoid unjust criticism. I'll just say I wasn't happy about my stay. The only Wifi I was able to connect with was with the tour buses parked across the street. When one left, I connected to the next one that showed up. So much for watching the Tour de France early in the morning. The front desk said they were working on it but quit answering the phone hours later. Still had to pay the Wifi fee. There are better places to stay in Everett and there are worse. I visit often so I'm aware of what is available. Three out of five is not a bad review but it's not a good one either. If you want to stay in a wonderful modern hotel at a good price, visit China.

We all loved our stay here. Outstanding front desk people - pleasant and go out of their way. Laundry onsite which was great since we were stranded with flights not going out and no luggage. Restaurants all nearby along with 711 store. Yes there were some homeless walking around on the streets but they didn’t bother and very few of them. There was a guy smoking something illegal outside the door one day but he eventually went on his way. The building is secure in that you have to have a keycard to enter or be let in by front desk - also to get to floors you have to keycard. There is a bistro deli in the hotel for meals. We all loved the hotel and city.

Convenient location right in the middle of downtown Everett. The staff were very pleasant and helpful when we had questions. The room was perfect size for 2 people. Nice king size bed, flat-screen TV, pod style coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. My only issues with this hotel were #1 the when your neighbors are going in and out of the rooms or the staff is cleaning, the doors are very heavy and slam super loud over and over, it got annoying. And #2 the area directly surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest, especially at night lots of transient folks, they didn't bother me but could be an issue for someone else. There is a 7-11 nearby but again you will encounter some characters.

The hotel is on a great location, especially if you can get a water view. The rooms are big with plenty of storage. The lobby area is really nice with a lot of seating. There were a lot of homeless people out front and no place to park to check in when we arrived. We saw a guy doing drugs on the sidewalk and decided to wait until we could get in the garage but then had issues getting through to the front desk. It is nice to have a secure garage to park in given how bad this area has gotten in the last year. When we got to the front desk there was a woman there who was leaning on the customer side of the counter and almost laying across the desk. She appeared to be a friend of the front desk clerk. It was very odd and unprofessional. The front desk clerk was not rude but did seem to be in a rush to get us out if there. She did not acknowledge our Marriott Bonvoy status like they usually do and did not go over any hotel amenities. Overall I would stay here again because the hotel is clean and the secure garage is a nice bonus but the customer service was not impressive.

Sorry, but I don't know. Probably a call to the hotel would get a direct answer. I do know that there didn't appear to be any shuttles stopping at the hotel during the two days we were there.

Like every other Marriott property I know of, no free parking for Gold or other elite members. Unlike most "downtown" Marriott properties, parking is pretty cheap - $8/day as I write this. Nice, subterranean key-controlled parking lot (nice when it's snowing or raining.) Check in first; get your key, then park in the lot accessed off Wall Street just east of Colby (where the front door/lobby/check-in is located.) Like every other Courtyard I've visited, there's no free breakfast for elite members. Nice bistro in the lobby, but no freebie or discount for Gold members. This is a really nice property in a good downtown location with lots of very nice dining choices within easy walking distance.
