When I saw the advertised rate of $67, alarm bells went off in my head, but I went onto TripAdvisor and saw both good and bad reviews. I figured I'd take a stab at it hoping the good reviews were on point. I don't think they really were. The first thing my wife always does when checking into a hotel is to turn down the bed to check the sheets. The sheets on both beds were stained (food and possibly baby oil) and had hair on them. Looks like they forgot to change the sheets. We called down to request new ones be put on the bed, and they said "OK, but it might be a while". My wife asked if she could come down and get the sheets and they agreed. They gave her a bit of a hard time when she asked for new comforters and pillow cases as well, but we got them. The comforters were all torn and tattered on the edges of them. The bathroom appeared clean, but the towels were threadbare. Definitely super thin and coming apart at the edges. We had seen other reviews about noise levels. We never heard a train or much noise at all...but we also play white noise while sleeping. The beds were fairly comfortable and we slept OK. The pool didn't seem overly clean. There was definitely no social distancing at the pool. Tons of people in there and crowded. Breakfast was Water, granola bar, orange, and a muffin. Not horrible, not great. Overall, if you're getting the hotel for a good price, it might be fine for a night. Just be sure to check the sheets.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize about the The condition of the bed linens. We do have a few new housekeepers. We have a policy about hairnets, but when busy it is hard to make sure to enforce it. We will use this experience to train them better. The young man who gave you the comforters just made a mistake and grabbed them off of the wrong shelf. The girl on the desk told him this, but your wife was already gone with them. We apologize about the breakfast, but it is all we can do right now. It was a very busy and confusing time when this happened. Had it been bit later, it would have gone a lot smoother. We definitely apologize for any inconvenience and assure you this is not the normal operations around here. We will work extra hard to improve your operations, and do hope you will give us another try in the future.

Pleasant staff at desk each time (interacted with 3). Room was fine, clean. Not fancy. QUIET. Heat was fine and lots of HOT water. Price was a bargain. Breakfast is a bag (muffin, granola bar, apple water, coffee in room or lobby). Location is close but not within walking distance of downtown. Between downtown and the outlet mall. Parking feels secure (and free). Rooms dated but it is not a new place. Towels are good (usually a sign if they they are threadbare but ours were not). Lots of plug ins available. Did not use internet. 2 double beds and a table and chairs in room. You could use the lobby dining tables for takeout if desired to no ambiance. During evening I did hear a train but not overnight and it was not super close. Overall, they are coping with the Covid slowdown and offering a fine product at a great price.

The room was not ready at check in which was unacceptable in that it was booked days well in advance. The room was also overly damp and the issue should be addressed as it may have/cause mold to grow.
