After an exciting landing at Busuanga airport we were met by the Sangat courtesy pickup team to take us to the island, approximately 20 mins to boat dock.Once on board we had the transfer to the island, simply stunning scenery, and as we rounded the far end we had the view of the beach and jetty that was to be our home for...

I visited Sangat island during a trip to visit friends in the Philippines and couldn't have asked for more! The rooms were perfect, clean and big. The food was delicious, with lots of choice for everyone and really fresh ingredients and we never went hungry. Diving was also incredible with really knowledgable instructors, good equipment and loads of interesting dive...

We were meant to write this a long time ago but here it comes. Sangat was the best place we visited in the Philippines. We came as guests and left as a part of the Sangat family. Spending a lot of nights listening to Will's amazing stories from his incredible life was a highlight. Luke (piestalker) was the head of...

We stayed here for ten nights in May. Got back today indeed! We were extremely unhappy to leave having had a fabulous time in a very friendly resort where the mix of land beauty is matched by the amazing wreck diving. If you want five star accomodation in a resort with hectic nightlife then please do not go here. The...

I don't easily give a full score of 5, but this place deserves it. It is not particularly cheap, and it is not as luxurious as some of its competitors, but it was a fantastic experience and well worth the money. The place is like from a picture postcard - the sandy beach with palms, rugged mountain sides, more islands...

Although the price may seem high, this is all inclusive of three meals, snacks all day, free brewed coffee (oh yes), water, and pickup to and from the airport by speedboat and van. It is calm, peaceful and gorgeous. No chickens to be found here - monkeys, lizards, geckos, hornbills, sealife of course, and surf. It was a rare place...

Loved this resort for its beautiful, peaceful setting, its friendly & attentive staff, the great food, the clear waters teeming with fish around the wonderful corals. The accommodation is perfectly comfortable though not as luxurious as similar beach accommodation we've experienced elsewhere. We enjoyed the boat trip to Culion island and the boys had fun on jet-skis but it's primarily...

We stayed here 6 nights. I have lived in Asia 6 years but my first visit to the Philippines. If you are looking for relaxation away from the Hassel, good food, good dive guides and a staff that really goes the distance and cares. This is a great choice! If you don't dive, not a problem many things to do...
