The room that was given to me was at the new building which was still being constructed. The room still smells with paint. The bathroom was not properly maintained and cleaned. There was a bad smell from the bathroom. There was a day that my room was not cleaned even if I hoisted the make up my room sign. Overall it was a new hotel but management needs to maintain.

Rooms were clean, however, the comfort room that we used has toilet bowl issues (insert grin here) , Staff were accommodating.they have free soap and shampoo, slippers, toilet tissue. etc. Breakfast was served by set (choices of tuna guisado or pork ham)

The first time I've stayed in this place, there's not much to offer, rooms are ok, rates not too chap too, food are still ok.
Hence the 2nd time I've stayed here, they actually improved, its now cleaner and room designs are improved too.
They just have to check on their wifi and breakfast offered.

I recently had a surprise birthday celebration organized by my family at LM Hotel on September 17. It was a fun and memorable experience, and I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. I paid the bill in full via credit card and even left a generous tip to acknowledge the hard work of the servers.

However, a week later, I discovered that my credit card had been overcharged. I immediately contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, but what followed was a frustrating experience. I was put on long holds, transferred between departments, and was repeatedly told the issue was due to the bank. Despite their promises to refund the excess charges, weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive any resolution.

While the celebration itself was great, LM Hotel’s lack of honesty and accountability in handling the billing issue has left me feeling cheated. It’s disappointing that what should have been a simple fix has turned into an ongoing problem. A hotel that prides itself on service should ensure that their financial dealings are just as professional and transparent as their hospitality. What a SHAME!

To all patrons, i hope you will check your bank transactions with this establishment. Who knows you might be another victim of this unfortunate scheme! BEWARE!

Nice thing about LM Metro Hotel is that it is far from the maddening crowd. You won't hear much the buzzing of motocycles, thus, expect a peaceful rest in their clean, modern and well-appointed rooms. They also have a full-function gym and a coffee shop that serves delish pastries. The friendly front desk and hotel staff makes your stay equally satisfying.

First to say the service and people there are excellent, as is the pool and gym.

From there it is a steep descent downhill, breakfast is not very varied and basics such as bread are not available, the rooms are basic, and far from deluxe, ours has a faint but pervasive urine odour. The wifi is poor and certainly streaming and business communications are not possible without great patience and several lengthy interruptions.

It’s not our first time to stay at LM Metro Hotel here in Zambaoanga. We’ve stayed here before and our last time was around two years ago when it first opened; we found the facilities very good at that time. This time, we were told that LM has expanded and has a new wing. We got two rooms in this new wing, but to our disappointment, the facilities in the new wing doesn’t look or feel new at all! The furnitures looked like it was taken from somewhere and reused, the design looks outdated, such a contrast from the room we stayed in two years ago! What’s more- the floor in the shower cubicle is vey, very, slippery, quite dangerous:( The beddings doesn’t smell good; they placed a small contraption that automatically sprays scent every few minutes, I find this not so proper inside a bedroom.

No frills hotel. Quiet rooms. Simple and straightforward rooms. Gym hours are quite restrictive. Food is average and has few selections. No convenient store nearby. Quite far from the city center and tourist spots of Zamboanga City.

The room was dirty, turns out Housekeeping use one dirty mop for every room on the floor, as advised to us by the staff.
Breakfast was disgusting, all we could eat was rice and lettuce.
The staff told us we should have stayed at the Orchard Hotel.

Room 312 is unbelievably noisy, since on the top floor is a fitness gym. Dumbells and other gym equipments are banged on the floor every seconds. Instead of taking a respite after a long busy day, you'll transform into a zombie once your inside room 312.
