This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in in a while. The great experience started right when we walk through the front door with the front desk staff, sorry can 't remember her name, bad at remember names. The rooms were absolutely spotless and beautiful. Hats off to the cleaning staff. The breakfast was good as well, he kept the dishes filled at all times. We stayed on the 1st floor because we had our dog with us and that was very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

We stayed 3 nights a few weeks ago and loved every quiet minute of it. This hotel has just opened and everything is sparkling clean. Everything was as promised and the staff were extraordinary at the front desk. Everyone went out of their way to help us in any way. Someone is instructing the young folks in great manners and courtesies. Congratulations to the leadership of this hotel! Everyone has done a fine job. We'll be back!

This is a beautiful new hotel, spotlessly clean with friendly, efficient, helpful staff. The whole team worked well together and everything was perfect. The hotel is very well located near a small row of shops and close to several large malls where everything one might need was to hand. It serves an excellent breakfast, has a small indoor pool and a well equipped gym on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this stay was great from the initial booking to checkout. When making the reservations Maria on the front desk was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond in order to help me get two adjoining rooms. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and the hotel itself was very clean. The hotel is also a good central location for everything that you may need.

This hotel is immaculately clean, staff always smiles and responds to special requests, breakfast was superb, and their General Manager genuinely cares for her hotel guests. A true pleasure to have stayed there for six nights! Highly recommend!

We stayed here this past weekend for a girls wine tour in the area. This hotel is so very accommodating to all of your needs. Centrally located to everything. Staff was efficient and helpful even when they didn't need to be, they just went the extra mile to be helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again. Modern hotel, but has all the comforts available of being at home. Pool area is nice as well, the salt water is nice change from the chlorine! We also used the fire pit area and lobby/breakfast area. Very Nice and decent items for the breakfast! Just overall a very nice new addition to the area!

This hotel is in a great area, right across the street from the shopping outlets. It is a new hotel so things were very nice. Checking in I didn’t feel they did a great job, but I think the girl was new. And its not the Ritz, however checking out was much better. And they gave us a send off bag with water and chocolate, which we really appreciated since we had a 3 hour ride home. The breakfast buffet was very abundant with selections. We were first floor and did not hear anything at night. They have an indoor pool and work out facility. Did not like where the work out was located at the foyer of the hotel too exposed to everyone. But it was enough to get a work out in.

Much nicer than I expected. Staff at front desk was very welcoming and fun and professional. Nice welcome bag of water and help. The breakfast was very good. Again better than expected with nice selection of tasty bfast sandwiches and 24 hr coffee and longer hours than other places. Comfortable clean room. Quiet and elevator is at front of building which we thought was odd but makes it quieter. Good parking And right next door is “Dolce and Cibatta” a really nice pasty/chocolate shop with coffee and sandwiches and fancy chocolate. Good place. Didn’t go to pool but looked nice

A perfect experience! We were greeted with warm smiles. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room is well laid out, clean, and functional. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Clean fridge and microwave for those leftovers – try Blue Ridge Grill (Mikayla recommended). Speaking of Mikayla – she delivered a customer service experience that one would think to find only at luxurious venues. Mikayla was attentive to our questions with answers and suggestions, like Blue Ridge Grill, you feel good staying at this fine hotel. I would be remiss in not mentioning Jess and Bre. Like Mikayla, their warmth and customer service were second to none! Finally, Housekeeping & Maintenance - wow, the hotel is sparkling clean! The housekeeping and maintenance staff are friendly, and they do their jobs exceptionally well! The breakfast fare was surprisingly top-notch notch with lots of offerings and quality! There were two waffle machines (no waiting), lots of fresh fruit, and gluten-free cereals to name a few. There was enough for everyone and refreshed often so nothing served was stale. Coffee is hot and fresh, tables & floors are cleaned regularly, and dirty dishes are removed quickly! A well-managed venue and clearly the staff enjoys working there—our gratitude to all for making a trip welcoming, pleasant, and enjoyable. And yes, there is plenty of parking and they don’t charge for parking your car.

Nice hotel close to outlets. The rooms are very large. We had a room with 2 queen beds. And on the same floor, a beautiful large bedroom (very comfortable bedding) with a huge bathroom (designed for people with disabilities) with a living room and a beautiful kitchen area. We found it a shame that the sheets were not ironed. It felt like we were arriving in a bed that had already been used, although the sheets were clean. The included buffet breakfast was delicious. Too bad the staff at reception were not very accommodating and did not offer to pick up the phone and find a compromise with another Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel following a bad reservation on my part.
