Detailed Reviews
I was kinda hesitant to stay here because on the outside it is kinda run down. We decided to stay though because it was just for one night and we were very tired. The hotel is old and definitely has a musky smell. The fridge had mold all over the seal. In all hotels I check the beds out very carefully . I didn’t see anything except they were really worn. Except for the mold on the fridge the room was really clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not want to stay here longer than one night, but I would stay again if it was just an overnight.

The room itself was a good size with a nice size bathroom. it was a non smoking room and the smoke smell was so bad I had to go get some febreze to help, the commode had to be plunged the sink faucet would wet you down. when i wrote a review for google they answered me with i should have can to the front desk, they did fix the faucet and the light in the bathroom. I did not see how we could have switch rooms because the whole hallway smelled. also we started noticing people hanging around that didn't seem to be staying there or working there it was not a good experience even for the good deal. it is so hard to find a pet motel that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for them to stay.

The rooms seem clean but there were spiders in the bathroom, the AC never got will cold, the toilet did not flush very good you had to hold down the handle to get it to flush and finally before we left it stopped up.

First, when we checked in, I had booked for 2 people and the man asked how many? I told him 3 he said "I will have to charge you $20 more for the third person" I said ok. Then later, i realized the refrigerator wasn't working, sonI called the front desk and a lady came in and said you have to turn this light switch on for the refrigerator and the lamps to work. Then as she was going out she said " you have 3 people, you only paid for 2" I said no, I paid for 3, she said , no, i don't think so, i'll check. Well, never heard back from her, so I guess she found out she was wrong. The never morning, we were short on time, getting ready for my oldest daughters college graduation and some and my youngest daughter went to get some crappy breakfast they offer and when we were walking back to our room with 1 waffle and 1 bowl of dry cereal the cleaning lady shouted "you can't take that down the hall!" I was like, everyone else has been. She said "i didn't see them!" My question is why did our room have a microwave in it if no food was allowed down their very dirty hall? The room was fair, nothing special. There was a hole in the wall with toilet paper stuck in it and the commode seat didn't have a lid and was duct taped on one of the hinges. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The staff were very unprofessional and rude!

+1
Rooms were not ready at promised time. No problem, we had plans anyway. Came back at 10.30. Sketchy figures by side entrance, which by the way is not locked (no key card entry). So if I stay somewhere I could at least expect clean rooms, no matter the price. Bed sheets had blood stains and what not. Got new sheets from front desk. Room was clearly not cleaned. Old hair ties and dust around lamp, box spring made me want to puke. AC until had what looks like a drink spilled. The hallway smell ed like cold smoke. Everywhere furniture pieces in hallway. I could have slept more comfortable in my car. At night I was told that the cleaning personal was new. In the morning I sadly interrupted the “manager “ from his phone call. He was not amused . In between our conversation he yelled something in the phone which I didn’t understand. But the best yet: He told me , the rooms were clean and I could check the cameras!! Thank you for calling me a liar, I think the pictures proof otherwise!! And no, I don’t want 30 % off next time, because I’m not coming back. I know my concerns I voiced were sent to you via email. Since there is no response from you, this is my review.

Checked in went to our room and my husband went to get ice. We were told the ice machine was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. My husband had to go out to buy ice. In the morning we went to the bathroom and the toilet water was dark brown, we call downstairs and they said they were trying to fix it. We waited a half hour and it was still brown. We could not take a shower and had to wash our face and brush our teeth with the melted ice water. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

This was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The room had a nasty film overeverything. The washcloths that are supposed to be white were a grayish dinghy color. Just bad. I never make comments but I just had to share this one!

As a rule, TripAdvisor reviews are pretty accurate. In this case, anything anybody said positive about this hotel has to be questioned. Arrival and check-in went smoothly as the hotel is conveniently located off the interstate. My first concern surfaced on our way to our room on the second (of two) floors. Opening the door from the stairwell to our floor we were met with literally a wall of cigarette smoke. Why people who smoke feel they have to leave their room doors ajar and share their stench with others amazes me. What is even more unbelievable is that this property intermingles smoking rooms with non-smoking rooms on the same floor and in close proximity to each other.
Once in the room I could tell that this hotel had seen better days. Patches in the walls indicated that there had been some serious roughhousing in this room in the past. Poor repair job. Each time the bathroom light was turned on, you could see spiders scurrying for cover. The bedspread and moreso the blanket were disgustingly soiled, making me wish I had one of those black light wands you see on dirty hotel exposes. Gross!
The alleged continental "breakfast" consisted of two cold cereal choices, one selection of fruit, miniature cinnamon rolls, and two stone cold empty carafes of coffee. This was at 8 A.M. Obviously the staff on duty had more pressing things on their agenda, like answering personal calls on their cell phone.
Steer clear of this property, there are plenty of others in the vicinity to choose from.

Simply staying at a dump would only be slightly worse than staying here.
Filthy dirty everything, bathroom ceiling falling apart, dismal lighting, could not regulate ac either full on or full off. shower curtain rod barely holding on to life.
Breakfast was stale toast, inop waffle maker weak cheap coffee and some knock off brand cereals.
Oh yes the worn out pillows and rock hard bed made for another sleepless night, should have kept driving.
Spend a little more, I plan to next time.

Pros: convenient to interstate. Clean sheets and fluffy comforter. McDonalds, Waffle House, Wendys, and Fatz restaurants very close. Also Walmart.
Cons: no elevator, no pool, very poor WiFi, dirty carpeting in hallways,
Overall, for the price, about what you'd expect.
