The front desk clerk seems agitated that she even had to be there. She was not friendly in the lesst. Her lips were pursed like she was disgusted. She did not speak above a mumble and only gave single or double word answers. She might as well have said, "Get the hell out." We would have felt just as welcomed if she had. I went to the lobby a while after checking in to get an ice bucket. You would have thought I'd asked her to knit a sweater. Everyone has the right to have a bad day, but at least try to be friendly!

This is a brand new hotel- super clean and great staff! Good location as well, close to mountains, interstate, Virginia Tech campus, etc. Would definitely stay here again. The price is right too. Breakfast could be better, but for the price it’s fair.

This is the first Hilton family hotel that refused late checkout to a diamond member. The hours for breakfast are shorter than all other hilton hotels in the area as well. I recommend going to the Hampton Inn in Christiansburg or Home2Suites if you are looking in this area. They accommodate you for breakfast or other needs even beyond hours just to make your stay nice. The managers here do not care for the customers who have been loyal to the brand.

New Hotel, only open 1 year. Rooms were very nice, no carpet, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom very functional, soap, lotion by sink, walk in shower, body gel, shampoo, conditioner. Refrigerator worked well. We were given 2 bottles of water and a bag of smart food when we checked in. Breakfast was basic, but served the purpose. Coffee and tea available 24 hours.

I stayed here because I needed to pick up my student from college. The prices at my usually hotel in Blacksburg were a bit too high for a simple overnight to lay my head. The hotel was clean and simple yet modern. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the gym was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever. Would rate with negative stars if possible. Tried to change booking date from Thursday/Friday. To Friday Saturday a week in advance. Was told that saturday rate was increased to 200/night. Cancelled thursday and kept friday. Wife shows up with children and friday reservation cancelled. On previous stay, had to take out the trash in the lobby area because there was not sufficient staff. Avoid this hotel. Horrible management.

Stopped here for the night during a long road trip. The hotel is very convenient off 81. I I booked on line about an hour before arriving. The lobby is very welcoming. Front desk was fantastic. He was friendly, alert and attentive which was great at 11pm. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very small but it was perfect for us to eat quickly and get back on the road. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and the morning front desk staff was friendly as well. Great experience for a quick in and out.
