One of the best Hampton Inns to stay at. Location is excellent as the hotel is near a shopping area with stores for pretty much every need that a traveler may have. Helpful front desk staff. Updated rooms. Comfortable bed and nicely stocked breakfast all contribute to a pleasant stay. The hotel had some nice touches here and there showing their care for their guests. For example, they set a chair for your kid in the business center. If your kid has fur, there is a cozy space for them too. I highly recommend this location if you are visiting Virgina Tech or Salem VA area.

I don't know where to begin, this is Just an awesome hotel. First of all, hotel makes you feel very safe, with covid concerns on everyone's mind. The door was sealed, so you know it was sanitary when you entered your hotel room. Niya was just so professional, and insured I got the upgrade to a king suite as a diamond Club member. I expected nothing less than perfection as a hilton diamond member, and I certainly got excellent customer service and kindness from Niya from my last minute phone reservation to my cheerful greeting. As we have two people staying in the room in totality, there were four bath towels. What a difference from most hotels that give you three bath towels, don't they know you shower when you get here and then shower again in the morning? This brilliant move save me time from having to call the front desk and going down and getting a towel myself. The room is very spacious and quiet. I slept so well on there in enviro dream sleeper two pillow. I did not wake up once. I don't even sleep this well when I'm in my own bed. This pillow is amazing. Thank you Amanda at the front desk for helping me determine where to buy the pillow on hilton2home.com store. I've read rave reviews just about the pillow, and I didn't understand it until I actually slept on it. Awesome! The mattress is super comfortable too, but I don't need to go out and buy another one for my home. Probably one of the most comfy mattresses I've slept on at hotels in a while by far. The shower was phenomenal. The breakfast was great as today is Saturday and food was served in a line to us due to covid precautions , and then we sat down in a nice clean dining area. The hotel has been totally redone, and is super incredible period we came Friday night to checking out Saturday morning, so there was no construction. I understand there may be construction noise during the week so you should check. Couldn't be happier with my hotel choice. This will no doubt be my go-to hotel when I have my next visit through this area. This closet is huge by the way. this hotel is about 4 to 5 miles off highway 81, and it's totally worth it, and realize that you won't get the highway noise at all, compared to other hotels that are off the highway and very noisy. In conclusion, look no further stay here..

Great hotel stay with a wonderful staff. In these days of Covid-19, we felt very comfortable while staying here. Each room has a door seal indicating no one has entered the room prior to our arrival after it was cleaned. Safety precautions were evident throughout the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious . No doubt we will return to this Hampton Inn.

This is a lovely hotel is most all ways. The real issue for me is they have no wifi in the NEW lg tv's. Somehow they have disabled it. Not kidding. In 10 yrs of travel to some really remote places only China and the Christiansburg Hampton block wifi so you can't use a streaming device. Wifi works on other devices but I like my firestick! I even had them bring me a factory LG remote, still nothing. If you like cable and commercials, this is the hotel for you!

Hampton Inn maintains the highest standards of any hotel I’ve stayed in.
Jasmine at the front desk was super helpful and friendly getting my checked in.
The room was impeccably clean, not a single smudge on the mirrors, not a streak on the furniture, the fridge and microwave cleaned well.
A hot breakfast is something very nice to wake up to every morning.

If I could rate this hotel a 10+ I would. This was absolutely the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at and we always use Hampton Inn when traveling. The hotel is being remodeled but was very quiet. The front desk clerk was the absolute best. She was very courteous and professional and wish I had of gotten her name to give her a personal kudos. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extra accommodating and had breakfast pre made in individual bags which was awesome due to Covid. Overall and outstanding stay!

First of all, please know that this Hampton Inn is roughly 5 miles off of Rt 81. So if you need to listen to 18 wheelers and traffic and horns to help you sleep, go somewhere else. Because you’re only getting peace and quiet here.
Next, where did y’all get your staff from because they could teach several things (uh, basic customer service) to boujee Hiltons that cost triple the money with half of the friendliness. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will ALWAYS stay here when commuting for work.
Kayla, you are beyond kind. From being greeted when we arrived to making sure that we were happy with our room (it’s pretty LUSH for a Hampton Inn!!!), you truly care about your guests.
Don’t skip this hotel. If for no other reason, Superman is trapped in a phone booth outside, and someone needs to save him!

I am a special education teacher in Martinsville, VA and was signed up for a conference on autism June 3 and June 4. We were informed we were staying at the Hampton Inn Christiansburg/Blacksburg on Arbor Drive so I booked that hotel for 2 nights. However for some reason we received an email on the 30th stating the conference was going to be at another hotel in Blacksburg. I hated to have to cancel my reservation because it was past the deadline. I tried to reason with staff and called corporate. I was told by corporate that each individual hotel has the option to not charge a guest for cancelling. But alas, the general manager, Logan Kessinger, was having none of that. She was rude and condescending, insinuated that I was making the whole thing up, showed zero compassion nor respect for a frequent Hilton guest. She definitely is not the face of the Hilton Honors program. The money I lost, while frustrating, is not that big of a deal but the way I was talked to and treated is unacceptable.

Our car broke on interstate, Hampton was very helpful, accommodating to our needs. Walking close to many restaurants & services. One of the nicest, cleanest places we have stayed and pet friendly!satisfied in all ways.

We make this Hampton Inn our regular stop every time we are heading home from NY. The staff is always top notch, and the hotel is pristine. You can see the staff loves their workplace by the little touches of decor added to make it feel cozy and comfortable. We stay at many Hampton Inns, and the is the best by far!
