The skiing conditions were perfect, so much powder and such a vast variety of runs. We stayed at Tram Haus and the room was well equipped. The bed was very comfy, big bathroom, kitchen had everything we needed. We visited the Pump House twice and it was so much fun. Shorter lines in the morning and then the crowds picked up after everyone was done skiing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Mountain Shop had a great sale going on Winter Wear and we scored some nice outerwear. The shuttle was quick and easy and the driver was super friendly. Highly recommend for families! Or skiers/snowboarders looking for powder and glade runs.

We had a great weekend of skiing as a family. The conditions were excellent, the glades were a ton of fun and lift lines were short. The accommodations were clean and up to date and very convenient to the slopes and restaurants. We at on site and enjoyed every meal. Highly recommend a ski weekend at Jay Peak.

This was our first visit to Jay Peak and we are hooked! The skiing was phenomenal with lots of fresh powder all weekend, and the resort grounds are huge with a ton of restaurants and bars to choose from. We didn't hit up the waterpark or other activities but there's a lot to choose from - movie theater, rock climbing, and an arcade. The only downside we had was with our accommodations. We stayed in the Slopeside condos and our unit was rundown and outdated, and we had issues including the shower not draining and key items (toilet paper, dish soap) being missing. Next time we'll try one of the hotels as they were all beautiful inside.

We chose to spend Christmas at Jay Peak this year and are so happy we did! First, I want to send a BIG SHOUT OUT to our ski instructor Eric, our SNOW GO Instructor Timmah (Tim), Meg & Serena from Taiga Spa, and the very kind, helpful & patient reservationist, Lisa. They were great! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite at Tram House Lodge and felt right at home. We brought most of our meals & snacks, but treated ourselves to Christmas dinner @ Alice's Table. Very good. The waterpark was a perk during a dreary day & a welcome break. Enjoyed lunches during our ski days at The Foundry Pub, Miso Hungry, & Mountain Dick's Pizza. Overall, loved the convenience of everything at the entire resort. Even the shuttle ride to Stateside was reasonably quick.

Just purchasing gift cards as Christmas presents was a nightmare. Pay for cards plus fees for priority mail and they don’t send out the cards. If you call them after 18 days they claim they have mailed new ones we will see. Either way Christmas vacation for the kids is over. Customer service is rude.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom condo along the golf course, it was larger than we expected and it was great to have a full kitchen. Resort is sprawling so hard to visit it all over a few days. High recommend for families, lots to do on resort. Shuttle will pick you up and take you anywhere you want to go.

I wrote a review on the Hotel Jay which is the main hotel for Jay Peak Resort. This is specifically about the Resort. We stayed overnight for three nights at the Hotel Jay for a Hockey Tournament. Although there are many hotel/condo options in Jay Peak we opted for the Hotel Jay because it was within walking distance to the Ice Rink. First Suggestion - Do some research before your trip. During the Offseason there is very limited ammenties. For our stay, the water park was open Thursday 4-8, Friday 12-8, Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-6. And the arcade shared the same hours. So on Saturday at 6PM, our kids had nothing to do. Food - The Pub was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did have three meals in the Pub as it was the only option. The menu is very limited. We did have lunch in the pizza place. This was also limited for hours. Not sure how "Kid Friendly" I'd call this resort. They do not want the kids running the hallways, playing knee hockey, etc. They do have a "Family Room" but lock the door at 7:30PM. What are kids supposed to do when everything else is closed? During the Off Season, the only thing running this resort is the hockey tournament (Hotel was at 35%) and almost all of the guests were from the hockey tournament. Except the few Candians who were day guest at the Water Park. Don't expect $50 in the arcade to go very far. Games are expensive and the prizes limited. The onsite market did have plenty of food if you forgot something or wanted to cook. But again, this closed at 5PM.

We booked a one night golf package and stayed in one of the cottages on the course. The unit had been thoroughly cleaned, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels but the kitchen contained only a bare minimum of dishes and utensils and the couch in the living room area was uncomfortable and needed replacing. As the cottages are more than 10 years old, there are maintenance issues which need to be addressed - in this unit a leaky bathtub faucet as well as an exceptionally noisy timer on the bathroom fan which could not be shut off manually and made it impossible to sleep until we pulled the circuit breaker. The golf course is exceptional but for the price charged, we expected more.

We rented a cottage, #4017, near the golf course and it was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival we found the bed unmade and pillows and blankets thrown in the closet in a mess on the floor. Very spartan and a refrigerator that leaked water the whole time. Not worth the money and very outdated with an old coffeemaker, old carpet with multiple stains and a stale smell. The towels were old, ragged and smelled. Pillows were also old and in need of replacement. Extremely low water pressure in the shower, toilet smells like a sewer.

So much going on year round! Fun for families, couples, business or even solo. Mountain fresh air with views! Mecca for Outdoor enthusiasts, recommended anytime of year! Stayed in a corner one bedroom suite and it was like being at home! Full kitchen, plenty of room and views that captured the sunrise! Just an overall great time!
