Visiting our grandchildren we selected Hampton b/c it was so close to our family.
The hotel staff was unbelievably kind and helpful.
Every staff member spoke to us daily. Helped us with all we needed.
The breakfast was from 6-10 am. Closed exactly at 10. At that time the staff cleans the area where the food is served. Then they come into the dining area and clean each table and chair in the dining area. And vacuum.

Really enjoyed staying here.

We came out for two nights to help our daughter find an apartment. Was looking for a hotel that had a king bed and pull out couch, as well as served breakfast and had a fitness room. I saw that this hotel had pretty good reviews, so decided to take a chance. The location is convenient, close to the freeway. The hotel is right next to a Motel 6 and some apartments. Area felt safe. Parking in back allowed for large vehicles as well as if you are towing a trailer. Room was clean, huge bathtub with jets was a plus, my daughter took a bath both nights. The second sink in the toilet area was very convenient, since we had three adults in the room. Breakfast was good, lots of variety and nice seating arrangements. I appreciated the fact that an employee was monitoring the guests at breakfast (asking for room numbers, etc) - which prevents stragglers from coming in off the street for a free meal. We were happy to see almond milk available since my daughter has a dairy allergy. The eggs were a little off both days - maybe over-cooked or frozen for too long, it was hard to tell, but the rest of the food was fine. The fitness center could use some TLC. The treadmill did not work. I tried everything, starting it over, resetting it, selecting different programs. Ultimately, I think the belt was broken. Thankfully there was a recumbent bike and elliptical that worked fine. The fitness room could benefit greatly from a small rack of dumbbells, as the weighted exercise balls were relatively useless. I know... I'm one of those few weird people who actually workout when on a trip, so not many people will care about these things, but I do. Hubby used the hot tub, but I didn't. He must've liked it, he spent a few hours in the pool area. Overall a great stay for the money and I would stay there again.

We were so impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was great. Easy access to stores, restaurants and freeway. Just minutes from downtown. If you’re going on a skiing rip it may not be the hotel for you since it is far away from the canyons. You need to rent a car to get around. The swimming pool and hot tub are indoors and is just okay. The kids loved it.

I arrived late. My room key was ready, so check in was fast and efficient. This was a basic room; no pen or paper, barely could find a cup, but I'm sure this is because of Covid. I did like that the tv remote was wrapped in plastic that indicated it was sterilized. Where I run into a problem is when I got a migraine, I asked the front desk for a Tylenol or Ibuprofen, and they could not/would not offer any assistance. I had no transportation, and there was nothing within walking distance that was safe to get to. In my experience, hotels have been able to accommodate me in this way, but no such luck at this one. There should be a first aid kit available to staff to assist their guests in this manner if you don't have any for purchase. I would have paid for it! And please don't tell me it's because of Covid that you can't help your guests! Unfortunately, I had to suffer in my room and sleep it off.

This had to of been the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton property. I am a Hilton employee and diamond honors member and have never even HEARD of something this ridiculous happening. I booked two rooms at this property on New Years Eve. Checked in through the app, requested a digital key, and informed them ok the check in that I would be arriving AFTER 10 PM. Had my room numbers assigned and everything. I show up to the hotel around 1:15, keep in mind night audit is not supposed to be ran until 2 AM, I let them know I’m checking in and the desk clerk who boasted about “being here for 20+ years” informed me her and the previous shift employee “Rylan” had assumed I was no longer coming and had given my rooms away to another guest. Keep in mind it was NYE and I ended up sleeping in MY CAR because there was no other hotels available and this hotel did absolutely nothing to help me find another except say “you won’t be able to get your employee discount.” What a joke. Even if I wasn’t a Hilton employee and knew they aren’t supposed to label guests as no shows until 2 am, it still would have been pretty ridiculous that they gave away the room of a paying customer. Especially on NYE when obviously people are going to be showing up to the property late at night. Can someone inform them the definition of “reservation” and what that means? I’m really not sure why they cancelled my reservation for me, considering I was already checked in, but I will never ever be staying at this property again and I will let every single person that comes to my property know you guys are the last place they should ever consider staying. “Hamptonality” is the last damn thing this hotel shows. If they’ll screw over their diamond members for a couple extra bucks I’m sure they don’t care about anyone else.

My husband arrived last night after a 12 hour drive from the Oregon Coast. I booked through Hilton Honors and checked him in online since he would be coming in late. He couldn't grab the Hilton app so he had to go to the desk anyway. It took several trips back to get a card key that worked. Customer service less than delightful and both beds/pillows in a 2 queen room were uncomfortable. We stay at Hampton properties because the beds /pillows are great for us. This one did not live up to the standard. I know hospitality is hurting, but I expect more.

Being a diamond member it’s nice to hear thank you for being diamond. Don’t expect that here. You’ll have to ask for the water they are supposed to offer. “Due to Covid” the pantry is non existent. BUT there are vending machines available. Know who else has vending machines? The motel 6 next door. At a fraction of the cost. They don’t have a pantry but serve breakfast. <banging head on wall> Once in the room after seeing many many signs about their commitment to safety and cleaning I found every picture and the TV with excessive dust on all of it. So are the people cleaning this room the same ones dedicated to my safety from covid that prevents you from selling me a coke? The carpet between the bath and tile is frayed with tack strips exposed. Imagine the surprise stepping on that. But I’m sure due to covid our facility staff has had hours cut. As a diamond this hotel isn’t a thanks for being diamond. It’s simply an overpriced box, with low staff and even lower occupancy. So many other options I’ll take next time.

You are pretty safe with a Hampton Inn and this was no exception. We had a very warm welcome and all reception staff were lovely. The room was great and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. There were all the usual amenities but no maid service. This was not a problem because we could just ask at Reception for anything we needed. Location was good, a short drive from various restaurants and also near Lagoon Park. Parking was good. The only niggle was that there was no bacon or scrambled egg on our second morning which was disappointing but otherwise it was a very good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely awful. It is in disrepair, dirty, and the beds clearly haven’t been replaced in ages and about as uncomfortable as it gets.

The shower barely works and there is mold and rust everywhere. I sunk almost 6 inches when I laid on the bed and could feel the springs. The alarm clock didn’t work. Need I go on?

Avoid this place at all cost. Definitely not up to the Hampton brand.
