This Comfort Inn is very convenient to the freeway. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. My room (#310) on the third floor was actually right behind the trees in the front of the hotel in the photo they use. The trees made it very private and in the evening a bunch of birds flew in to roost there overnight! The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is showing some signs of wear but not too bad. One thing I did not like was that the coffee maker is right next to the sink on the bathroom counter so doesn't leave much room for your toiletries, etc. They should move it to another location. The breakfast wasn't that great but okay. They did offer waffles, pre-made scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels and muffins. There aren't enough places to sit and eat breakfast though and they don't want you to take food out of the lobby area. The women behind the desk were friendly and courteous. I would stay here again if on a budget.

Stayed here for one night on our girl's trip. It was a fine hotel, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel itself are a bit dated and dingy but nothing too bad. The free breakfast wasn't bad!

The room was clean & comfortable. We stayed 3 nights & like all the hotels we stayed in this trip, maid service was only done after 3 nights. This is to minimize the hotel's effect on the climate. You can request fresh towels, bedding at any time. The car park is free & large, with several chain restaurants in walking distance.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained, the couch seat was stained, the TV screen had dry liquid on it, the fan and vents were covered in dust, the air-conditioning unit was not working consistently, and the WIFI was not working. But worst of all, my hotel room bathroom did not have a toilet seat. It had a lid, but no toilet seat.
The front desk was usually backed up with a line of unhappy guests. When I checked in, I had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. I tried calling the front desk several times throughout my stay and no one answered the phone.
The common areas had disgusting carpets, especially in the stairwell, the gym was small and consisted of one treadmill, one recumbent bike, and a bench with dumbbells (up to 50lbs). The treadmill was broke, the disinfectant wipe dispenser was empty, and there were no fresh towels, just a basket with dirty towels. I encountered a guest at the gym who complained about how bad the hotel was.
The common theme in this hotel is that it is poorly managed.
The bottom line is the hotel management failed to meet their obligation to provide a standard room, as advertised, with a functioning toilet. Further, I gave them ample time to remedy the issue and they failed at that as well. I would recommend you stay away from this hotel, at least until management is replaced.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Beware of staying here! We stayed here for one night traveling through. We were there long enough to sleep and leave first thing. When we arrived the keys would open the outside door but not our room. Then after going back to the front desk the key would open the room and not the outside door. We were staying in a pet room since we had our dog with us. When we came in the room definitely had a smell. We were tired and figured we would be fine since we were hardly going to be there. However after getting home I noticed an extra charge on our credit card of $100. We called and they said it was as because we were smoking in the room! This is crazy since I’ve never smoked a cigarette in my life! I’m guessing staff is smoking in the rooms or they are just trying to get more money out of people. The manager was supposed to call us back and never has. We are in the process of disputing it with our credit card company. Avoid the headache and never stay here!

Do not waste your $ on this pit. The beds and pillows are old. The place is not clean. The walls are paper thin. You can hear doors opening and closing, showers and toilet flushing. The rooms are very small. The air conditioning is loud and does not keep the room evenly cooled. Anywhere but here!

This hotel is in a very good location, a few minutes walk to green TRAX line connecting to downtown and the airport. Safe neighborhood.
The room was comfortable with good bed and shower. The only awkward thing was the location of the sink right at the room entrance, not in the bathroom itself. There were some wifi issues but it was promptly rectified by hotel staff. Breakfast was adequate.
We also took an advantage of the swimming pool as it was very hot during our stay. The pool is indoor but with open glass walls it felt like outdoor. Pool towels were provided.
There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant next door which came very handy for dinner. There are also some other restaurants within walking distance.
Overall the hotel is a good value.

Terrible. I walked into our room, washed my hands after being out in public, went to use a hand towel to dry my hands, and there were mascara stains in 4 places on it. Went to the front counter to exchange the one, and she gave me two new ones. Went back, and one of those new towels had brown poo-looking debris on it as though someone wiped their butt with it. Took that one back, and pointed that issue out, and she gave me one new one. No issues with towels after that. In the morning, as I was getting ready to dry my hair, the hair dryer did not work. Would not work in any of the outlets. I called to the front desk, reported that, and she told me she’d bring one to our room. Waited, and waited patiently, and after a while my husband walked to the front desk, came back and told me she said she was “working on it.” More time passed, and finally I walked in person to the front desk with my hair still in a towel. By now, 25 minutes had passed. I was getting pretty flustered and upset, so I walked up and by-passed the polite greetings I usually give when addressing someone for the first time, and I jumped right into asking if she was finding me a hair dryer…she stated she was looking, even though she hadn’t moved from the front desk because she was checking others out. It was 5:45am. She walked into the back office area, came out and started punching something up on the computer. She obviously was having problems finding me a hair dryer to replace the broken one in my room. I asked her if they had any of them in the storage room for such situations, and she said “no, not usually”. Seems like there should be some replacement supplies on hand for these types of issues that crop up. I told her to just take one from an unoccupied room and I’d return it. Finally she left to the elevator, and after some time, came back and handed me what looked like a newer hair dryer. She told me it could stay in that room, and apologized for the hassle. That whole incident was a good 45 minutes we’ll never get back which caused us to rush around to keep our appointments we had lined up for the day. Not a good way to start a Monday. Two stars because the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean (I double-checked after finding bad towels), and the continental breakfast was decent and well-stocked, more so than other similar hotels we’d started out in along the way coming all the way from Florida. The walls were thin, however, and two people having an all-night argument next door kept us awake half the night. We won’t stay here again. Country Inn and Suites a block away looks very nice. Just sayin’……

We stayed for four nights.. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, with eggs and meat every day that varied a bit. The rates were fairly cheap for the area.
On the downside, we asked each day for the room to be cleaned and it never was. The wifi was overloaded every evening. The front desk was always overwhelmed. The pool area rarely had towels and the hottub water was pretty murky. Fox News was playing on the lobby TV 24/7.
The hotel is convenient to highways, but the surrounding area is a bit run down.

Pool freezing because roof is open in winter. No towels in pool area and had to use room towels, we asked for new towels in room on our way out for day and they were not delivered. Our room smelled funny and tv only has 1 channel. We asked to have our trash taken out and It was not done. Front desk person at night was rude when I asked about the tv and even more rude when my keys didn’t work (even when she went and checked) Lobby was really nice, and the breakfast was ok. The location is great. Most of it are small things I can deal with but if you’re going to have issues you should at least have nice staff.
