The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a little tricky to get the room air/heat to work. There was not a coffee maker in the room but we were told at check-in that there would be coffee in the lobby. There wasn't. We asked about it the second night and were told he had an errand to run but it would be available the next day around 7:30 or 7:45. Again, it wasn't. If they would put a small coffee maker in each room, problem would be solved.
I've stayed at the Color Country Motel in Panguitch several times now. When you drive to Panguitch you travel through verdant valleys with mountains soaring in the background. It's simply beautiful. And Panguitch is the perfect gateway for your journeys to the red rocks and spectacular Bryce Canyon National Park. The motel is one of those classic roadside lodging places, a perfect and quite comfortable respite from a day of traveling and exploring. The gentleman and his family who run the motel provide great customer service, and are always very kind and caring. Rooms are spacious, and the private bathrooms are nicely appointed. I love staying here because of the level of comfort in the rooms. Beds and bedding are wonderful, and in the rooms I've stayed in there's been a table and a desk too. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special place to spend the night!…
Nice hotel in town. About 4 blocks to the main drag. Several restaurants along the main drag. Easy check in and out. No breakfast which is a problem as nothing opens in Panguitch before 8 am. Went to a drive thru coffee place and got cold coffee and cinnamon rolls.
This not fancy. This is not a resort. This is a great hotel to sleep after a day of hiking. It's very plain but the beds are comfortable and the shower is great. Very clean and very safe. We would absolutely stay here again.
The beds were comfortable, sheets were thick, room and property were clean and safe. We spent 3 nights here and would have stayed longer! Staff was very helpful and price was amazing! Just a short drive to Bryce and Zion! I highly recommend this motel!
