Detailed Reviews
This is a mobile home park and you park in empty lots. It was clean and manager was friendly. Full hook ups and level pads. Close to Ogden city center and right off the freeway with easy access. Would stay there again. We traveled in a 37' motor home

It sufficed for an overnight stay close to the freeway, but be aware there are no restroom or shower facilities. With the Passport America discount it was acceptable but I wouldn't want to pay the full price.

We parked here with our 5th wheel for two nights. Staff very friendly. Big easy pull through sites. This is a Mobil home park which also accommodates overnight RVers. Full hook ups, no cable but lots of channels on antennae. Wifi hot spot only by office. Pool was closed. Nothing fancy but meets the needs.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. MANAGEMENT IS SHOCKINGLY RUDE.
We showed up at 7:05pm (somehow their office closes at 3pm on Tuesday/Wednesday). So we call them and no answer. Then we call again and they swing by in a cart and yell at us for our dogs being on the grass. He then proceeds to tell us that Passport America discounts only work before 7:00pm. We decided to leave after this treatment and the man says “thanks for leaving”. Do yourself a favor and never stay here

We made a reservation way in advance for a one-night stay. Upon arriving at the property in the late afternoon, there was no one around to check us in. We called a main number and got a recording. We then tried again about 15 minutes later and were told that since we hadn't called to confirm our reservation, we would be charged double the cost that we were originally quoted. When we questioned that policy the man on the other end hung up on us after using foul language. No clue how a campground can operate in this fashion. Fortunately, there was another campground (Century RV Park) 10 minutes down the road, which welcomed us with open arms.

For all your RV folks that are thinking about staying in the park. My advice to you is DON'T. The management is vile, they are rude and change rules to fit what they want without people knowing it. The manager uses foul language if things don't go his way. If you want to know more please email me at Kssc4@yahoo.com and I will get back to you and if you want me to call you leave your number. I have never met two unfit people in my life that are so unprofessional in every form. The Company that owns this place should fire them instead of hiding their heads in the sand. They make for a horrible stay.

Our first RV experience was made unnecessarily stressful due to the rudeness of this park's staff. We started at the park with a park employee parking our trailer in mud and off of the concrete strips. We had to pull the trailer out of the mud and the park employees got upset that we tore up their "sod" (really weeds and mud). We rented for the month of March 2019. We took a week long trip during that time and when we returned (still in March of 19) there was another trailer parked in our spot, even though there were several empty and dry spots available. When we called the on call manager he was very impatient with my husband trying to back up the trailer in the new spot. We ended up leaving angry and will never return. Hope this stops others from this headache.

We were passing through Ogden and spent a night here. It's a mix of Mobile Homes and RV's but that's was ok with me. I wasn't Camping per say just spending a night. It was hot so we went to down to their pool to cool off. The people who checked us in and showed us to our site were very friendly and
made us feel welcome ! I would stay here again when passing through .

Called over several days and got a outdated recording referencing early April information, I was calling late may. I have Passport America but reading the reviews and looking at their website, no check in after 3pm I contacted another RV Park recommended here by a reviewer who left due to their rudeness. Century RV Park was very helpful and accommodating. I was willing to give up the PA price of $20/night for a $40/night place that treated me like a customer, not a burden to them..

We stopped here for the night because it is right off the 15 fwy and they accept Passport America. We pd $20 for the night.
This is a rustic RV park with over 200 sites- long term residents sporadically placed among the overnight RV's with lots of empty spaces throughout. Some residents have nice trailers or double wide mobile homes while other trailers look like they are ready to collapse. Some sites have mowed grass, others have waste high weeds and debris.
They do have a pool, community room with kitchen, and book library available.
I think the term 'estates' in the title is mis-leading but I understand that is just the name of the park.
Good for the night if traveling through.
