This was our second time staying here - perfect for our drive from Seattle to Colorado. We arrived to the hotel around 10pm, and quickly checked in with our 2 pets. The service was easy and the front desk person was nice and warm. We had a pet-friendly room, so they put us in a corner room on the first floor, right next to a door leading out to their grassy area for the dog! The room was spacious and the TV had lots of channels to flip through. The fan wasn't working, so we put on a noise machine so the animals wouldn't wake up to the sounds of steps in the room above us.
The breakfast was fine, nothing special, but free which is always a plus! For the price, this is a great place to stay during travels.

Room was OK, everything worked but the hallways and stairwells were dirty. Quiet stay, convenient to the Interstate, plenty of restaurants nearby - very mediocre staff. Not especially helpful when I asked a few questions about the area. Probably would not stay here again - it was over-priced for what it was. There are better, less expensive places nearby.

This property is now under new management as of December 21st and we're excited as we're making lots of changes in an effort to improve the guest experience. We have implemented a Guest First approach and we want you to know the concerns you mentioned in your review are invaluable to us. Great room. Quiet. Clean.
Basic breakfast of waffles, cereal, etc.\
Small workout room. I was in while another guy was there. felt tight but glad to get on the treadmill.
Location hard to find in the dark.
If you go, it is behind other fast food rest. and stores. My GPS got me there but the address was not known.
Found out our door did not lock in the morning. Kinda freaked me out. Something wrong with the battery. They had to get a locksmith to fix it. Not done before I left. Not mentioning this for this hotel alone. You should always check to make sure your lock works. First time this ever happened to me. Check yours. I could not leave my room with all my stuff inside, when my wife was out.
I think the guy at the front desk was the owner. Seemed too busy to say bye or thanks when we left, even though I spoke to him. After 5 nights on the road, we have had one really friendly guy at the front desk. And that was at the least nicest places we slept! What happened to customer service?

Stayed 1 night and rooms were large, clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and easy access to freeway. Room was quiet came with microwave & fridge, free parking. Was solo but felt safe. Bathroom was nice and large. Free breakfast offered.

Rude old lady at front desk! Had sun Flow seeds that someone spit into the A/C - Heater unit that was not cleaned out. The A/C- Heater unit blew bugs,dust and who knows what all over the bed by the window and A/C unit. Shower sucked almost slipped and fell in the shower water was difficult to get to temp. And the room supposably was newly remodeled but the condition says otherwise... Neither I nor my family will ever stay at this location again. I've stayed in motel 6's better than this for $40 cheeper. I suggest finding a different location to stay... I'm very displeased with the condition of the room and the manner in which my family was treated by the old hag at the front desk... I'd rate this place -10.

Great place to stay. Good for conventions. Breakfast is a standard buffet. But enough to select. Ideal because it is close to the highway and a country bar is closed by for entertainment.
Haven't tasted the in house restaurant, but surely something I would like to do next time.
The hotel lobby with the bubble wall was definitely inviting to sit down and the rooms are spacey and offer a microwave and a fridge, as well as a seating area.
After all a place definitely for conventions as there are multiple conference rooms available.
Had a great time there and will definitely go there again.

We stay at the Comfort Inn last week. Our room was clean. The swimming pool was very clean. Breakfast was great and all the employees were very nice and helpful. Definitely will stay again. The man at the front desk gave my little grandson a package of cookies when we left which made him happy.

I went to get breakfast to take it back to my room to eat in privacy. I was chased down by a fat clerk who told me that I had to eat in their dining area. I explained that I was uncomfortable eating here and he said that I needed to throw it away. I said that we wouldn't be staying here again (and we stay for weeks at a time due to business traveling) and he said, "sounds good to me". Terrible. We will not be staying here again.

"RICK' the manager is type of guy you would love to punch in the face. Compulsive Liar and a cheat. Doesnt pay OT to his employees...that should tell you what type of character this POS is. The property is itself drapes pulled from the walls. When taking a shower I swear every Bath Tub faucet leaks...this is the type of ownership that goes cheap on everything. For the pricing I advise look somewhere else!

First off let me tell you, we have stayed here a few times before, and the front desk manager last year was definitely rude and terrible. This stay we met Nick, he is the new front desk manager and he is very friendly, outgoing and made us laugh and feel comfortable and safe, he really made us feel welcomed and our check in process was fast and easy. I definitely recommend staying here when Nick is working. I am glad they hired a new front desk manager, Nick was awesome. Thank you Nick we will be back because of you.
