Certainly no resort, but clean, quiet, a throwback to the fifties. The manager will bend over backwards to make your stay a good one. Rooms are big, motel is close to amenities and restaurants. A good place to park for the night, just don't expect anything elegant.

The Charrin Inn was a chance stop on an evening in which further travel was impossible. The blinding snow suffocated any hope of progress.
Like a beacon, an Inn for the weary, the bright shining sign invited me in like a warm, dry, blanket. Late though the hour was, the balding innkeeper greeted me with a pleasant smile, and much to my delight, a hot cup of cocoa. As I dried myself off at the fire, I could feel those many miles of travel slowly slip away.

Unknown hours later, I awoke in a tub of ice, sharp pain coming from my sides, numb and driving. "MY KIDNEYS!" I exclaimed!

I work at a very nice hotel in an expensive resort town at the front desk. I was in the clearfield area and did not expect much. For a small property the Charrin Inn stands out
as far above the rest. It is not the 4seasons, however for its location I would stay again and in fact wanted to stay longer. The staff was attentive and freindly, the freeway access superb and their were a multitude of skiing and dinning options. I skied an extra day from the money I saved.

The owner of this hotel. Stold both my 2nd and 3rd epi checks. Which equalled two thousand dollar. So be aware. He is not a nice guy. He is not a goody two shoes. And naive. Like he would like you to believe. So don't trust him. Everybody that stay there. Ends up owning him money. And he will do what ever it takes to scam money out of. You.

This motel is a disaster. Filthy rooms, drug deals in the parking lot, and an aggresive crazy manager/owner. If you care about your health or have any kids do not stay here. Fighting and arguing from the other rooms, and the manager. Cops responding common. It's in the middle of town, there is no country atmosphere at all. The staff appear to be as strung out as the cliental.

Very dirty motel. I catched a Legionnaires' disease from the climatisation or from dirty old water in the shower. Be carefull in this motel.

So let's be clear it's an off the highway motel. It's clean, towels sheets floors all CLEAN and even the bedspread wasn't skeevy. We were traveling with to extra large Newfies so being choosie isn't an option at times. The area surrounding it was nice for walking dog and although the street was not as well light as I would like it was fine walking dogs at 11 pm on a Friday night. There seems to be a section of hotel for the live in crowd which I thought would be an issue especially on a Friday night. It was not the place was quite all night. So the cons, tub drained sooooo slow you'll be showering in an inch of water at end, they didn't turn the AC on prior to arrival and room was hot as hell took about an hour and the temp came down, bed was not so comfy either. But for 11 hrs we were there it was fine and the guy at the front desk was very nice. So all in all decent for off the highway cheap hotel on the road to BFE Montana. And sure beats the meth-dens we saw in Ogden
