3 out of 4 employees didn't wear masks during interactions with customers. The 4th employee wore her mask under her nose. The downstairs shower only had scalding hot or freezing cold water. Was not adjustable. The upstairs shower didn't have a shower curtain. The couch was infested with large black ants. We couldn't leave the patio door open for the breeze, because the smell of rotten fish and dirty water was so bad, it made us gag. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The floors squeaked VERY loudly when we walked. I'm sure our downstairs neighbors hated us. The soap dish in the dishwasher doesn't open, so we ran a whole load with no soap before we figured it out. The cooking pans are warped and very hard to cook in.

The Wi-Fi didn't work two nights out of three so we left early. The toilets ran all night. There was no toilet paper when we arrived. The AC in the master bedroom was loud. There really isn't anything to do at the resort unless you boat.

This was one of the most relaxing and quite resorts my husband and I have been to. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Caught fish from the balcony and near the marina. We have already scheduled a return trip. Loved it!

It was so relaxing to have the patio on the first floor that hung over the water. Great view and the one bedroom had a full sized kitchen and a spacious enough living room, with good weather the outside patio added even.more space. Highly recommend. There was also a park eight nearby and a big and deep 9 ft pool for kids and adults. Only complaint was our king bed was not very comfy.

Great place on the lake. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Stayed there for a week in March of 2021 through RCI and would love to do it again. Stayed in a two bedroom for five of the seven days to be moved to a one bedroom as there was no consecutive days in a two bedroom. The office staff was so obliging that they allowed us to remain in the two bedroom for the remainder of the week as it was basically off season. Many thanks to them for their kindness.
