We stayed here for one night. Shares parking lot with La Quinta. We found the front desk staff to be inviting and personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. I like when a hotel has extra blankets and pillows in the closet. There is scaffolding completely surrounding the hotel; therefore you can’t see out your room window. However as we stayed over Memorial Day weekend there was no construction going on. Otherwise it could be quite noisy.
My only two complaints was that the indoor pool seemed a little cloudy along with the hot tub. For those reasons we didn’t use them. And the shower did not have good water pressure. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Motorcycle trip interrupted by ice storms. Picked property for location/price. Full service with excellent amenities. Customer service was awesome, especially Rebecca. Personally researched live music venues for Sat, and provided best options.
Clean, well appointed rooms and common areas. Close to shopping, restaurants and freeways for easy connections throughout great Dallas area.

I was planning to stay here 2 nights. My plans changed and decided to stay another 3 nights. If that doesn't say it, what more do you want? It's about 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth so it's easy to get to. Close to the highway for access but rooms were quiet. Location is nicely set back (not difficult to find) as some reviewers say, as long as you know the other landmarks to look for such as LA Fitness. Great mall and stores just across the highway with terrific restaurants choices! Staff was super friendly, nice, courteous, and accommodating. The parking lot is shared with a La Quinta which is just across from the Comfort Suites, and well lit. Again, it is set back so it felt pretty safe. The hotel itself is fairly narrow but 4 floors high. I was on the top floor so it all felt great. Breakfast was standard for a Comfort Suites, but with coffee and more available all day. Manager's reception were a few tacos and soda and taquinos (?) - nothing much unless you happen to be there at that time and hungry. Business center was convenient and private. No vending machines, but a small "store" of snacks and drinks in the lobby. The lobby was dark but pleasant. Rooms were well lit, extremely clean, well maintained, and housekeeping did everything they were supposed to do each day. The carpets in the room were an odd dark brown blend that looked like it was capturing dirt or trying to hide it. Beds were comfy, room was quiet. Good place to stay if in the area.

To start I called to ask a few questions about hotel. Was told pool was heated (was not), told about all the items for breakfast (were not served). The night desk person both nights very helpful. Since leaving the hotel I am been harassed by the GM Mel. He has accused me and my family of damaging a sofa. He has called is liars and threatened us. I would suggest you find somewhere else to stay.

I stayed at this hotel March 8-11th. I was in town on business as well as visiting family. My first complaint comes when I called the hotel to let them know that I would be checking in late. In addition, I told them that my daugther would arrive in town ahead of me and would like to check into the hotel. I asked them if they could let her check in and I would swipe my card when I arrive. However, the desk clerk told me that he would not be able to do it. I informed him that they already had my card on file and I would be arriving in a couple of hours. He then told me that he would have the front desk clerk Juanita call me when she arrived in 5 minutes. I never received a call from her so I called the hotel back. Juanita told me that she never received a message from the other front desk clerk to call me. Well with all of that being said, she was very nice and she told me that she would let my daughter check in upon arrival. Juanita was very nice. The second and third complaint comes from all of the noise at night in the room above me and also from the room across the hall. I had a very important meeting Monday mornign and was not able to go to sleep until after 12 midnight. I had to call the front desk twice to have them ask the people to be courteous of other hotel guest. The people across the hall were letting their 3 children, ages ranging from 9 and under run up and down the hall slamming doors at 11:30p.m at night.

The front desk clerks were nice, with the exception of the gentleman who did not deliver the message and could not help me with my request.

The hotel is very nice and clean with ok breakfast.

Service good, but hotel is under major renovation. Entrance very poorly lit, a real problem at night. For what I needed to do in this area it worked, but I would not stay here again. TV remote hard to use.

We stayed here one night after a high school band competition. We didn’t know the hotel was under serious renovation. The front Porte cache has been torn off and the front lobby is closed off. Most of the parking lot is filled with large storage containers and the lot is shared with the La Quinta next door, making parking next to impossible if you arrive later in the day.

Check in went smoothly. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful. She gave us a room on the fourth floor, telling us that it had already been renovated, though the hallway on that floor wasn’t done.

We were also informed the pool was closed, but we could use the one across the parking lot at the La Quinta. We also noticed that the fitness room and business center were also closed, which was a small issue as we would’ve used the fitness center.

The hall was a disaster. The carpet was a mess and the walls were just bare drywall. I’d argue, that the room wasn’t quite done either. It appeared that a television was missing off the wall in the small sitting area, the office chair at the desk creaked, there wasn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the toilet paper roll was sitting in the counter with no holder anywhere. My in laws room, on the same floor was much the same.

All of that said, the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. All considered, it was decent room for a short stay.

The breakfast area was makeshift too, though adequate for our stay. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what you’d expect. Bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles were all available. The food was good and kept full, the employees pleasant. It was a good breakfast.

As we stayed over a Saturday night, we didn’t have to deal with construction noise. I think it could be a real issue in this hotel during the week. They even give out war plugs in their welcome bag, so just beware.

Overall, I’d stay here again, but just beware of the construction.

I loved every moment. Parking is in good range of front door and ambiance was on point. Clean, crisp and fresh atmosphere. Quick check in, top notch rooms and did I mention so clean. I missed a few things when packing but as I got ready to shower I read a nice little note stating, "did you forget something call front desk for FREE items." How cool was that? Took my mind straight to ease. Every moment was a fresh breath of air.

I missed the turn into the hotel since it’s a little awkward getting in, but once inside I found the hotel very pleasant and relaxing. My only real complaints had to do with the noise from the a/c kicking on/off and the tiny pillows they offer. I loved that there were varying firmness of pillows.
Well worth the stay and a nice hotel.

Every time I fly to Texas - I stay in this hotel. To say that staff is hospitable here is to say nothing. They make me feel at home. Shuttle service has always been awesome. Want to express my gratitude to Carrie Lee - she is the most helpful manager ever. I simply love this place and people.
