Excellent stay for a week. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is well stocked. The gal who works the breakfast goes above and beyond, making waffles for guests and offering to get things. The only thing to improve is the water pressure in the shower. It can be a little lacking, especially at night when showering. They are finishing renovations on some of the rooms, but we never heard any noise. This hotel was very centrally located for all we did.

Property under construction and we were not informed until day of arrival. Breakfast was only available at another property. When I suggested to clerk at check-in that it might be appropriate for us to receive a reduction in the price of the room the clerk was very unfriendly to our request and left us feeling pretty yucky.

I do apologize for any inconvenience that you might have had with us during your stay here while we have renovations going on. We are doing our best to contact all of our guests prior to their arrival and the person we had working the morning shift during your stay with us is no longer working for us. I will provide further training to the rest of the team on the importance of calling each guest to make them aware of the changes we have going on. We will be adding 5,000 points to your Wyndham account for the troubles and I do hope that you do return and see our newly updated property once complete.

The bottom exterior windows are covered in broken and mismatched window coverings. The lobby is pleasant to look at. Beyond that, the smell is horrendous. I am only slightly sensitive to smells. If you suffer from allergies or are sensitive to smells then this is not the place for you. Definite mildew smell and another smell on the second floor that I cannot describe. The decor looks nice but the place definitely needs to gut the carpeting. Bathrooms are clean. Coffee pots filthy in the water reservoir, avoid making coffee. The walls had a cobweb and dust in our room. Signs of water damage on the guest room ceiling. Booked this on Hotwire. Front desk will not allow you to alter bed type upon check in.

I'm surprised to hear that you found the smell of our hotel horrendous, as I get constant compliments on how fresh and clean the hotel is, is there a specific place on the second floor you are referring to so I may look into it? I do acknowledge that we are showing a little wear and tear, and I am happy to announce we will begin renovations over the next couple of months, where we will be addressing the issues you mentioned regarding the carpets. This is not the LaQuinta Inn & Suit from the past. Check in took an extreme amount of time. Before we were able to bring our service animal without being charged a fee, not this time, $25 a night. We also had to put up a $50 deposit because of the dog. The room was not in pristine condition. The tub had particles of the overflow drain cover in it. The overflow drain cover was off and on the soap shelf. Come to find out, the linens were only changed on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The comforter on one bed had coffee stains on it. The breakfast was terrible. Not very much of a variety and the food was heated to death. Stay somewhere else if possible. I would have checked out but missed the time to notify them so I wouldn't be charged for the next day.

Do not frustrate yourself by returning to do business with this hotel. Their new policies are unreasonable, unnecessary and the free shuttle services to the airport are gone! What you can hope to receive is an extremely higher room rate for this poorly executed new change to the property with underwhelming service levels. An hour of my life was wasted last night with two separate hotel reservations cancelled because of inept communications and in efficient management protocols: no name of Manager on Duty, no business cards of the manager available and a refusal to give the full name of either manager or new GM to write a complaint to Wyndham customer service!
I was not even acknowledged as a Diamond member at my reservation check-in, even after referring new business to this hotel for a seven day reservation resulting in what would have been $779 in revenue for their business.

Rooms are dated and need new caulking and baseboards in the bathroom. You can hear everything going on outside of your room. Breakfast was terrible. Pool was green and the TV was out in the hotel. Traveling with kids, you need something to do in your downtime at the hotel. Very disappointed that the pool was unusable (green) and then the TV was out. The front desk was not very interested in even apologizing for the inconvenience. So the kids didn't enjoy the time and it made it hard for the adults to also.

I'm so very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us, that is definitely not the experience we want our guests to have! We did everything we could do to get the cable issue fixed as quickly as possible that night, however the soonest they could come out was the following morning to repair it, and the filtration system in the pool has been replaced, however we perform pool readings on the cleanliness and chemical levels every day, and I assure you the pool was safe to use all along. I'm also very happy to announce that we are about to begin renovations, where we will be updating everything, please come see us once we have completed renovations so we may have another opportunity to provide you with a superior experience. Overall there is good bones. They need to update the heating/air units. Make sure you pack your own towels, The cleaning staff may come in and grab them during "the Cleaning" Wet eggs, greasy sausage, no drinks other then coffee for breakfast

This place has a soothing atmosphere. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable. They keep everything neat and clean. The staff is polite and helpful.
I have very sensitive skin and the products they provide don't make me itch! This includes: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. This makes me so very happy!

Room was not cleaned well still had trash in drawers and food in fridge. Shower was dirty!. Bad customer service. Asked for extra towels and had to wait 10 minutes, never had 2 working key cards gave up after the third time they “fixed” it.
