To summarize, this InTown suites is excellent in quality, staffing, and cost, but not internet.
I just recently stayed at this InTown Suites for two weeks. The staff was great, very professional. On the nights I worked late, the after-hours staff was very helpful and quick to get to me when I needed assistance. The appliances worked great and the curtains blocked out sunlight very well when I needed it to.
However, its greatest flaw is its internet quality. If all you want to do is some light browsing and checking e-mail, then it's fine. But if you want to stream video, expect a long wait, and online gaming in real-time is practically impossible.
I actually ended up leaving due to the internet, but the place I'm at now (Value Place) costs a lot more per week, and seems to have less general quality than InTownSuites. But its internet is much more usable, and that was more important to me.

The price was the cheapest availible in the area as well as the closest to where i was working for the week! I had a friend and their child as well as myself and my 2yr old and with two full beds, a dresser, a chair with pull out ottoman, as well as mounted 28" smart tv, a kitchenette and a table for two and wifi accessibility you really have everything you could ask for for an extended stay! The cons are that you have the oven, for it being extended stay you don't get that many towels, if you're a smoker you have to stand 25 feet away from the building, they don't provide any cooking utensils to bring your own! Also make sure to bring dishes and cleaning supplies to use in your kitchen and bathroom. You have one housekeeping trip per week that is mandatory. You cannot turn it down. It is part of their security inspection to ensure there is no funny business going on, which i respect and appreciate! Bobbi the manager is wonderful, she was quite understanding when the maid thought we turned down Housekeeping that really was because there's toys all over the floor! Bobby came into her inspection and all this well! I will definitely be returning back to this location! Oh and you have to stay a minimum of 7 days and the office is closed on Sunday so plan your trip accordingly! There's a laundry room on site $1.50 a load to wash and $1.50 to dry. The laundry room is very clean and you have to use your room key to access it. They have a courtesy officer that walks around at night. He's very nice and so is pretty much everyone that I encountered during my stay. Oh and they were very understanding about the wild children being loud due to excitement from not seen each other in such a long time! I strongly recommend this place. I have stayed in several hotels around the area and paid much more to get far dirtier, etc. Than this could've ever dreamed of being! The only suggestion to the property is maybe update the polyester bedding, supply simple home necessities in the room and equipt the maid with a more thorough maid cart (ie better mop and vacuum, more towels to disinfect each area with a new cloth for each room) and fix the plumbing issue and you've got yourself a 4 star or higher establishment. You've done a great job keeping the problems off of your property! Thank you for being so awesome during my stay intown suites!

I stayed here for 3 weeks. All of the employees were very friendly. I stayed on the 3rd floor to avoid noise. The room smelled of smoke. I asked about it and was told that it used to be a smoking room but now the city has a no smoking policy. Smokers have to be at least 25 ft away from the building to smoke. I put carpet fresh down and smoke smell went away.
The room was good but the internet was not good at all. Most days I could not even get a signal.
The only other issue I had was their hours of operation did not work very well with my schedule and created a little bit of a problem for check in. They are open 11-7 Mon. - Sat. They do not take payments after 6:30 PM.
Overall it was a comfortable & quiet place. My wife felt safe staying there during the day while I was gone.

Don't even consider staying here unless you like roachs in everything you own food fridge your bed while sleeping they send around their courtesy officer with a can of raid to get rid of them and if you complain or get into a disagreement with them they kick you out the place and band you from all their other locations they are a joke don't waste time nor money spend the extra for a extended stay hotel if you need one
