Booked for 1 night before my flight, would have loved to stay longer. Room was ample for 3 of us, the beds and pillows were the best I'd had in a fortnight, the showere was amazing. Traditionally Spanish, with fantastic food, staff that care, even Spanish Karaoke, it really was a pleasant stay, and I'm pretty sure I'll return. The only things that marred the stay was one of the glass on the balcony was all cracked, the AC wasn't very effective and the lift by passed floors, but things I could live with.

I travelled alone to meet friends and family and wanted somewhere close to Salou centre but NOT a holiday package hotel - this is perfect. Staff very helpful, food good, rooms are very well appointed. I will definitely stay again!

I went on a trip to Salou with my 3 kids. I picked this place based on good reviews but I'm really shocked that it has received such good reviews. Hotel reception is open whenever we needed something, staff offer zero personal attention to us as paying customers, we were there to pay but otherwise we were an inconvenience. At checkout a simple question on our stay or if we'd like to return again would have been courteous and professional and cost nothing. A little training maybe? This parting gift did little to convince me to return that's for sure. The aparthotel rooms we stayed in were absolutely tiny, hardly any room to move. The showers and bathroom were lovely. A/c worked well. Rooms cleaned every day by lovely kind courteous staff Paper thin partitions between apartments, we could hear the conversations and laughing at 4am in the apartment next to us- not happy. We had buffet dinner one evening, the staff were so lovely but unfortunately the food was really awful, so bland, the lemon tart was the only saving grace. I've no idea how people could eat there every night. We never stayed for the nightly entertainment. The pool was nice and big and clean, it did get very crowded at certain times during the day. This accomodation was bought at the most expensive time of the year, I would have expected a bit more for my hard earned money. On a plus, Orient Express restaurant in Salou 10mins walk away is so amazing, staff and food outstanding.

We had a very enjoyable 10-day holiday with our toddler at Hotel Marinada. The hotel is 10 min walk from the beach (we recommend platja dels capellans) and the main centre of Salou. It has a modern style and is very clean throughout. The staff were amazing, particularly those working in the restaurant and the girls that ran the activities/kids club. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were buffet-style and the quality was very good. One minor suggestion: we had a mini-fridge in our room but it would be helpful if glass cups could be provided too (the paper cups degraded and were not replaced by housekeeping). Overall this was a great hotel and very good value for money. We'd love to come back!

I booked this hotel as part of a last minute getaway. General reviews were good. The staff are pleasant, the rooms were spotless and the hotels has lots of good facilities. There was a very chilled atmosphere around the pool, which we liked. Breakfast was quite varied and there were Continental and Hot options. Breakfast was very well organised and stocked. My only gripe, was that the hotel is a wee bit dated. There were large cracks on our glass balcony and the towel rail was rusted... both a wee bit off-putting. The location is just a short walk away from the action but far enough away not to be rowdy. Perfect for budget conscious travellers who are willing to accept some imperfections. Would recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights as part of a road trip round Spain. Fine looking hotel, very large and impressive ground floor reception area, typical of a large tourist hotel in this part of Spain. Nice enough clean room with balcony (noisy at night until the early hours - you are in Salou!). Noisy hotel doors closing in the corridors can be a bit of a nuisance. A free buffet breakfast with lots of choice was a nice surprise in the large breakfast/restaurant area. Parking can be found at the end of the street on a wasteland pay carpark, no problems for us, and only a 3-4 minute walk away. A 10 minute walk will take you to the sea front with all the usual Salou features, including a long pedestrian promenade to the far end of the town. If you want a Salou hotel away from the midst of the noisy town centre, this should be fine.

Just spent a week at the apart hotel which was modern, very clean and had everything you needed. The lifts were so small we had to do 3 trips when we arrived as they Didnt hold much weight. The hotel behind had entertainment on all the time which went on past mid night so expect to keep your doors closed. The staff were friendly however didn’t speak great English, I asked 3 times for a cot and they sent someone at 11pm to fix my cooker which was fine, we got there in the end. Room are spotless and cleaners were in every day. We did go for breakfast and tea at the actual hotel across the road and wouldn’t recommend the food at all. There was entertainment on all of the time although it was very poor. Pools were fab and very clean also plenty sun loungers. The bar staff were also great. Don’t understand the reviews saying no balls or inflatables as you were more than welcome to take them in the pool as long as you took them back to the room when you left. All in all good holiday, not sure if I would return to his hotel though I found it expensive for what it was
