These people want picture's of older coaches to "qualify" if you are entitled enough to stay with them. We just need a place to lie our heads, not be part of their pageant. There are plenty of place's in the Houston area that will earn my business. What a frigging joke!

Very hard to pull into off main road. Lots of bridge and road construction in area making access in and out a major pain. Noise in front end of park sucks. They work 6 or 7 days a week and start early. Manager is a pos that does nothing to fix park issues. Gets very defensive when a problem is pointed out to him for repair. Major raccoon problem in park that they have not addressed even though it has been there for YEARS. WiFi is spotty at best. Bathrooms are cleaned but walk in and the smell like dirty water. Your rig needs to be less than ten years old but when you get there they have a permanent resident that lives in a 50 year old bus that is totally run down. They also have lots!!! Of very old unmaintained rigs in park. Little double standard for true moving RVers. Better places to spend your money, manager does not want you anyway. Prefers permanent residences. They are less work for him. Keep looking…

If you need internet access, this is not the place to be. They advertise internet and also add that it’s not guaranteed. Their documents also say they have an alternative if you need reliable internet. I asked and was told what to purchase. I purchased the equipment and left at the office as advised to. I have been waiting at least two months to get my equipment back. The manager tells me that he has to set it up. I try over and over to make arrangements and he tells me that he works 7 days a week so any day is fine. When I know I will be there, I call to make arrangements and usually am told it is his day off. I finally get him on the phone and he says he works 7 days a week. It’s a vicious circle. He is also very condescending, arrogant, and just plain rude. Bottom line is that I pay a lot of money to leave my RV there, my site is kept very today and clean, I use minimal amenities, but get treated like I’m a burden on the park. I could go on and on with examples of rudeness. I only can hope that the owners notice and do something about it soon.…

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this RV park if you need to stay in the area. We attended a family reunion in Pearland while we stayed there. We liked the gated entrance.

I’ve lived in this park for a while and it’s really gone down hill. Several of the bathrooms have been closed for maintenance for weeks, the bathrooms that are open are dirty along with the laundry rooms. There’s washers and dryers that have been broken and haven’t been repaired, one of the two dog parks has been closed for months, weeds are everywhere in the flower beds, and the list goes on. The worst part though is the new manager. He is very hateful towards many of us residents and treats us like he’s doing us a favor by allowing us to live here. He definitely doesn’t know how to treat or talk to the residents correctly and unfortunately many of his staff act the same way. I’ve never seen this park with so many empty spots as people are unhappy with the current conditions. Many of us are hoping he leaves before many of us decide to go to one of the many other rv parks in the area.…

This place is beautiful. The park is clean and safe and the pool was perfect. Most of the people we met there were also friendly. Unfortunately, one particular staff member was repeatedly upset about children playing and trying to address concerns in inappropriate ways. If you have swings, a pool, and say you are family friendly, you would expect that kids playing outside and having fun wouldn't be an issue. I would definitely pass on this park if you have kids. It's not worth the stress of feeling like you are going to get in trouble for letting your kids be normal kids. You can get a cheaper rate down the road at Southlake and be closer to the city. If it wasn't for the sour employee and the reservation issue, we would have been back.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you felt we were not family/kid friendly. We love family and children having four children and 10 grandchildren of our own. We will definitely look into your concern. We do have certain rules that we must follow for insurance reasons. We also expect our employees to enforce rules that protect children. This is a family owned park and we value our guests and all comments.

Drunkards work the park. No rules are enforced. Dogs constantly barking and fighting. They constantly jack up the rent. You have to risk your life just trying to turn into the RV park from the access road. I could add much more but I think I've made my point.

My sister and I rented an RV and drove from Atlanta to Houston for the Super Bowl. Another RV park company booked us a spot and then called two days before our trip to say they were over-booked. Advanced RV found us a spot, and even though it was the Super Bowl weekend, the rates were the same. We arrived after hours on our first night but they had hookups in the parking lot. In the morning we checked in and they didn't even charge us for the first night. The park was spotless, gated, quiet, and the staff helpful and friendly. Shower rooms were private, large, and clean. I would highly recommend this resort.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for our park. We really appreciate the positive comments and are so glad we had a space to accommodate you. Hopefully you will come back to see us. We were cheering for the Falcons because we have family in Alpharetta, Ga and they were so excited until the very end. Even though the end result wasn't what we hoped for, it was a great game.

Nice, quiet RV park. Great pool and hot tub. Convenient location with easy access on beltway. No issues with staff. Everything is well maintained and we would stay at this property again. Upon arriving I was concerned that there would be too much highway noise but it was a non-issue.
