We're local residents, but we've stayed at the Icon a few times for events downtown. It's a lovely hotel, filled with old charm and a good amount of opulence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right on Market Square and...More

There is no executive lounge in this hotel. The hotel room was quite spacious and had a mini bar.
Make sure to check out the bank safe in the lobby. There are lots of restaurants in the area. There is a CVS down Main Street.
Okay not all. Oscar the bartender will take you on a tequila journey of joy and love. And in room 908, in any case, the tub is deep, with therapeutic Jets, and a hand held shower attachment. And guess what: the tub is one from...More

Yes, they have regular room service. You can request them to just roll the cart into your room and eat as you'd like from whatever you ordered, or they offered to set everything up in the room for you (on desk area, table, etc.) and take the serving cart back. Since the hotel is apart of their "collection" hotels, it doesn't just have standard offerings. They have a full room service menu. You can also ask if they have something and its not on the menu. For example, they didn't have a huge dessert menu and was wanting a late night snack. Called down, and they actually had a variety of things. Like others said though, there is a full restaurant downstairs as well as other places to eat that are walkable.
