The Hilton Fort Worth offers spacious rooms with comfort and elegance, often praised for its central location, providing guests easy access to local attractions. However, visitors have had a mixed bag of experiences, with some facing issues like temperature inconsistencies, noise, and maintenance problems. While the service and cleanliness receive both commendations and critiques, the hotel's atmosphere is generally found to be welcoming. Guests appreciate the amenities but note shortcomings such as towel shortages and missing conveniences like USB plugs. The additional charges, including parking and early check-in fees, have left some questioning the hotel's value.

The Hilton's draw is it's great location and historic building, but the service set it over the top. I booked rooms for a bachelorette weekend. The front desk agent, Baylee, was extremely accommodating in holding our luggage and getting one of our rooms cleaned early so we had somewhere for the whole group to stash our stuff while we did brunch. They were also very helpful in bringing us ice and providing with us with small supplies (like tape & things of that nature) to put up some small decorations. The rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely be back!

This is a nice hotel if you are staying in Fort Worth. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is friendly. Someone always "Hi" or "Hows your stay going" every time I walked in or out. It's a short walk to the convention center which is why I chose this hotel. There's not much to do in the evening nearby so it's you need to plan to drive, Uber, or take a taxi if you want to find a good bar or restaurant. The parking is a bit expensive, but if have a rental car I didn't find any other public parking nearby. The hotel doesn't have an executive lounge but gold and diamond members do get a free breakfast buffet. The food is typical hotel breakfast buffet. Not great, but you won't go hungry. I only have two complaints which is why only a 3 rating. One is the elevator system is horrible. They have 3 elevators and every day I was there 1 or 2 of them were out of service so it was a long wait to get up or down. One elevator sounded so bad, I wouldn't get on it and ended up walking down the 11 flights of stairs...which was probably good for me anyway :-) but if I would have had luggage with me that wouldn't have been much fun. If I stay here again, I'll choose the lowest floor possible so I can avoid the elevators. The only other this was at the buffet, I had to wait for the server to bring me coffee. Why not put the coffee pots on the counter with the juice and milk and make it self-serve?

We arrived on Friday evening and checked in.
1) we were placed on the 11th floor on a corner room low number like 1102 approx. Upon arriving on the 11th floor an our room, my wife and I see the next door room with a number of occupants. As I walk by the room I observe the door open with a girl in the far corner with the appearance of leaning over and snorting something. I immediately realized that I did not want to experience another sleepless night of partying???you see we have been coming to the colonial for years and have been staying here at the Hilton! Approx two years ago we were in the exact same room we were relocated to after my request from my illustration above. The issue two years ago the group of guys next door partied all night slamming someone against the wall numerous times. We called security an they came several times checking out the noice!
When we were relocated to the opposite side on same floor we realized - that the bath sink would not drain ~the ice bucket was filled with water - the towel was extremely limited I called the front desk about the sink, they said they would send someone in the morning. The next morning I called for towels only to receive after my second call and me just air drying after my shower. My Wife was extremely ticked as she needed towels.
Upon leaving for the colonial I went to front desk to tell them once again about the sink. The young lady wrote our room # down and n out tea sink clogged. When we returned around 6pm we find the room nor cleaned and the sink still clogged I went to the front desk and ventilated They had a maintenance man up while I showered as we had an engagement an he cleared it up.

This has been the worst experience - I must say after staying here for Many years. This is the last
For you all to charge what you do and the service / and the sink issues, towels and no service in cleaning the rooms is terrible.
Moving to the OMNI now

Did not meet my lowest expectations. Checked in to an occupied room, with some one in the shower. They discontinued two amenities after I booked a room based on them. No bottled water available in the lobby store completely sold out on a Monday. Found a weird substance on the night stand. Tried to use the vouchers for food and beverage. After ten minutes waiting in the restaurant with no response from staff abandoned all hope of eating breakfast at the hotel.

From check in to check out this was an extremely disappointing experience. Starting with check in: I waited quite a while while the rep played with his computer, then I gave up and came back later. I reserved a king, they said they were out of kings and I would get 2 queens. Actually no - they are Full beds, not queen. I measured. We asked for housekeeping between 9am and 3pm; no one made up the room until we called again at 6 pm when we returned. The mini-fridge was making a loud whistling noise so we unplugged it and called the desk; maintenance never came. The service at the cafe was beyond bad bordering on absurd: ordering 2 coffees, a muffin and a bagel took 25 minutes (and even then the bagel was barely toasted). We had a conference room reserved and asked for a water pitcher, for two days it never came. Very unimpressed

So first off normally I don't write reviews but in this instance this needed to be done. I checked into this property yesterday April 9 I'm checking out tomorrow April 11. This hotel seems to be severely understaffed. Extremely long lines to check in. With at first only one desk agent checking in and then a second one came. when we got into our room it was extremely hot even though the thermostat was set at 60. building maintenance came up checked it out it cooled down a couple of degrees but it still was not what it should've been. We had inquired about dinner options with in the hotel. We were told about the lobby restaurant which I wouldn't quite consider dinner since they only have about four or five options on the menu which were a couple of sandwiches and some salads. We ended up going to Ruth's Chris which was Excellent!!! After we left Ruths Chris we decided to go to the hotel lobby bar it was about 9:30 In the bar was full(min 60 people) and understaffed we felt so bad for the young lady(Nicki) that was working behind the bar she was trying her best to keep up. I felt so bad for her she kept apologizing for the wait and even under the pressure she continued to be so nice to everyone. but there should've been someone else there working with her. I just wanted to help her not only because she was so busy but the party of people were also trying to bring in their own beverages and she was trying to explain to them that they couldn't but no one seemed to care. I believe she finally called a manager Which I'm pretty sure he is the guy that checked us in. but he did not seem to be any help to her. it was also extremely hot in the bar the poor bartender was sweating and almost every person in the bar was complaining about the temperature and also trying to get water immediately. SHAME on this hotel for doing this to their staff. Then later we needed our car and went down there was no valet outside so we went to the front desk where there was another lady Working by her self dealing with someone on the phone And after she was done she told us she'd go get our car. Why is your desk agent leaving the desk to go and get a car out of valet absolutely unacceptable. Was there not anyone else in the hotel that could help!!! The management in this hotel needs to step back and take a look at what is going on and staff more. Then this morning we get up to go to the restaurant for breakfast and it's not a full breakfast but they could've let us know that a check in so we could've made other plans... but also once again a very long line slow moving as well. I would actually never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay at this particular Hilton.

Came for a gymnastics competition. Got here to a freezing cold hotel. Room had a wet towel hanging behind the bathroom door and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Tried to call to get more towels and the phone in my room didn’t work. Went to work out in the gym that had crumbs all over the floor, the theraballs were half inflated and the garbage was overflowing. Website didn’t indicated that no restaurants would be open in the hotel - and it was 15 degrees outside. My daughter sheets had a huge stain on them. Definitely not staying here again!!

I stayed at the Hilton with a friend for girls night. We loved that everything was within walking distance. What we didn't love- the room was so very humid and never really got cool even when the air was all the way down :/ they only gave us one towel for a double bed room. No hand soap available- I used the body gel to wash my hands each time. It's a pretty hotel but wasn't a great experience.

As a HH Diamond member, I specifically choose to stay at Hilton properties when traveling. But this particular location needs to improve its customer service standards - especially being a historic hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm after a long flight, but my room wasn’t ready yet.

First, the digital key wasn’t working. The receptionist was very friendly, but she couldn’t solve my issue on the spot. So she offered me a drink at the bar while I waited. The bar was packed with a group of conference attendees, with only one bartender working. I was barely able to get one drink, but all I wanted at that time was to be able to shower and get ready for my meetings the next day. It wasn’t until 10:30 pm that I got a physical key from the front desk. The digital key became available around midnight!

The room was updated and spacious. But my OCD side has me going around wiping all the surfaces, to which I uncovered some dust (not a big deal) and an old candy wrapper on the floor behind the ottoman. That gave me a slight chill - why didn‘t housekeeping notice that?

A breakfast buffet was available for purchase, but the quality was average.

When it came time to check out, there was only one person at the front desk. She wasn’t available to assist anyone else as she was busy on the phone dealing with a new hotel reservation. I was looking for an updated receipt to confirm that the breakfast was comped, but after waiting for 10 mins, I decided to check out on my app as there was no one else able to help.

I was surprised that a digital copy of the receipt arrived in my inbox shortly after checking out except that I was still being charged for the breakfast that should’ve been comped. This now requires me to follow up with Hilton to straighten it out. Of course the representative first assumed that I didn’t know how to read my credit card statement as his question to me was “are you sure that the charge wasn’t pending?” It was after I triple assured him that I’ve waited for the charge to hit my card that’s when he apologized and said “sometimes our system is not good at recognizing comped meals”. I mean…this is the Hilton right? Aren’t they used to handling their HH members on a regular basis?

Needless to say, with so many hotel choices nearby, you are better of staying at another hotel and saved yourself some energy writing this review.
