We were here for a NASCAR weekend at nearby Texas Motor Speedway. Great neighborhood with plenty of services nearby. Easy access to freeway to airports and speedway. Check in was a bit slow as there are several steps needed to be done via the hotel software. Good, helpful staff. Breakfast is as expected for this chain. We felt safe during our stay. Thanks for the great Texas hospitality!

Great 5 night stay. Front desk ladies were great and helpful, full breakfast every day was amazing, hot tub and indoor pool was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable! Close to restaurants, movie theater, shopping, Ft Worth Stockyards and just a few minutes to Six Flags. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Comfort Inn Fort Worth for 2 months continuously (Nov'10 to Feb'11). The suites are excellent (its a brand new facility) with AC/fans/fridge/microwave/sofas/reading tables/TV/high speed broadband internet. Room service is very good and staff are helpful and friendly. There is a wide choice for morning breakfast in the dining room downstairs. And there is a whole choice of eating joints just two steps away from the hotel. Overall an excellent value for money- I'm going back there again on my next trip to Fort Worth.

The hotel lobby seems to be nice but the bathrooms are disgusting see pictures of toilet and sink, carpets are nasty and look like hasn't been baccum for a very long time ceiling fan on room didn't work for two days. Fridge tray was dirty from prior guests. Managers will not own their commitment to cleanessness and front desk people are rude and liers. GM will not respond emails, still waiting for answers.
As an Elite gold member I absolutely don't recommend the hotel.
Rooms may be big but I would rather go someplace else than deal with filthyness, many other hotels available nearby.

Beware. This hotel will cancel your reservation and then try to double charge you the incidental fee when you try to rebook the room. When you tell the manager that the incidental fee is double, her response was “yeah. It is now”. The absolutely horrendous female manager who was working tonight 10/21/22 is the rudest most despicable human being I’ve ever came across. She threatened to kick multiple people out of multiple rooms just to prove a point. She forced a family of 4 (who drove 10 hours and arrived at 11 pm) to try and book a hotel elsewhere close to midnight on a Friday. Congratulations Sara. You’ve won the award for the most heartless person in Fort Worth.

Been to this hotel several times. But this time it was ok. Air conditioner in the room every time it turn on sounded like a lawn mower starting. Tv channel half of them work. Tv was crooked on the wall.Room where clean.

Worst experience ever. After having to check out of one room early, the hotel initially refused to refund me for the nights not stayed. The guy at the front desk acted like he didn’t even want to help me to begin with. After making sure he spoke with the General Manager, they agreed to refund me which I’m still waiting for. Two days later, 3 days from check out, they take $600 out of my account. I called and they claimed the TV was broken which I know for a fact it wasn’t because it was on up until I turned it off when I left. Now, the managers seem to be unavailable. I will never stay at this hotel again!
Today, May 11th, I finally speak to Juan who says he’s the Manager. I make him aware that the call was being recorded. He first states that the room was blocked out since I checked out on Saturday because of the TV. I ask him why wasn’t I informed of that since I was still at the hotel through Sunday? He then says housekeeping didn’t report the broken tv until Tuesday. So… why was the room unavailable if it hadn’t even been reported yet??? I NEED ANSWERS AND MY $600 BACK!

My complaint is with Choice Hotels Price Guarantee. You fill out their online forms and then get no feedback. They send you meaningless emails about their policy's and never refund your money. I will not sign up with any Choice Hotels again unless it's an easy cancel type.

If you have any special needs, accommodations or have any problems with your stay, this is not the place you want to be. We called in advance to make arrangements to ensure the safety of my daughter. They refused to do what they committed and then the manager refused to even have a conversation with me about it.

Dear Traveler, We appreciate your continued efforts in reaching out about your experience; however, we do not appreciate the defamation of our staff or property. When we spoke to you, your daughter, and your spouse. You could not verify who you spoke to, we do not have records of anyone making exceptions to what you claimed. The manager even called all staff who worked that day to verify if any such exceptions were made. If we make an exception, we do everything we can to honor that. The manager did speak with you, as she spoke with you for well over thirty minutes to try and make accommodations for your daughter and her numerous friends due to the circumstances. You were told repeatedly by the manager even after she called the general manager that this property only rents to 21 years or older. This is stated on our website, and we will also verify it over the phone. You refused to listen and demanded to speak to the general manager, despite the manager saying she does not have the power to patch you through to him as the phones are not programmed that way. The manager then offered to cancel your daughter’s reservation for free, so that you could use your finances to find a hotel that would be able to accommodate you without breaking their policy. You continued to demand to speak to the general manager without listening to anything the manager tried to communicate to you. Your refusal to listen is not an indication of the staff not wanting to work with you. We do regret that this was your experience with us, as we do everything we can to ensure that each guest can enjoy themselves to the fullest. Sadly, we are unable to provide a feasible solution for guests when they refuse to listen. Thank you once again for your feedback. We will use this as a learning experience on how we can handle these situations with more care.

We stay at Comfort Inn and other Choice Hotels quite a bit. This one is easy to get to, it's clean, the staff is very nice.
My husband went down for breakfast the first morning around 8 - 8:30 am was not happy with selection. They were out of several items and breakfast is not over until 9:30 am. We understand the early bird gets the worm, but there was still an hour left. As we left for our day several people were coming out with full plates so we believe they must have refilled the steamers, but it was too late by then.
This hotel uses keycards. The kind you "wave" in front of the keylock sensor to unlock the door. Ours did not work. The desk clerk thought maybe the battery in the sensor was dead. She re-did the cards & went up with my husband and they worked. I don't think she got them programmed to start with. She was very sweet about helping us though.
Then my husband was upset the air wouldn't work. All the controls were there, but he couldn't get the air to come on. Another trip to the desk. Ahhhh, the control is on the wall, behind you as you come in. OK, fixed that. Again she was very patient with us.
The room was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 4 us to spread our things out and we stayed 2 nights.
We did not use the pool, but it is open until midnight. It's outside the back door of the hotel in a separate building in the back parking lot. You must use a keycard to enter the pool house or the back door to return to the hotel. I had mixed feelings about this as a safety concern. Not that I ever felt unsafe while there, but I just felt it could be concern if you were alone going back & forth or had young adults coming & going.
The Wi-Fi worked sometimes, sometimes it didn't, sometimes I had to re-enter the log in information every time we got onto the internet. Not sure what was up with that, never had trouble anywhere before.
The elevator is terribly slow. And HOT. If you only have to go to the 2nd or 3rd floor without hauling a bunch of stuff, I recommend taking the stairs.
NOTE: The following has nothing to do with the hotel itself.....The first morning as we left a small child (4 yrs old? maybe) got on the elevator with us. She said she was going to mommy who was outside smoking. This is a 4 story hotel. She tried to get off on the 2nd floor, but we assured her she needed to go all the way to the first floor. One of my companions walked out with her and made sure she made it to mom. The mother said, "She knew where she was going." Evidently not if she was getting off on the wrong floor, talks to strangers, gets on an elevator with strangers, etc. Maybe the mom worked there, stayed there a lot, or something. But it would have been nothing for some evil person to snatch her up & into a room (on the wrong floor) or go out the back and be gone. Please parents, hold onto to your children.
