The general manager is very professsional. The front desk receptionists are all kind females. Jennifer was extremely sweet. Samantha was very kind as well. Dali da was very professional and kind. The cleaning staff was professional and kind. The only trouble I’m having is accessing WiFi through my laptop to work/do homework... hope that gets fixed soon—cannot seem to find a connection even with the complimentary Ethernet chord plugged into the wall. The breakfast is a sack brown bag and I expected a hot breakfast... at least there are food and beverages for purchase. I initially was upset to find the room service menu not be, a “room service “ menu but in fact, an advertisement for a local pizza buissness that delivers nearby. I’m used to charging my hotel rooms on credit card and so ordering room service is usually a necessity I need to be able to charge food to my room when I’m home from a long day. I just really wish that if a menu that states room service is in the drawer... that it abides by that title and accommodations affiliated with a typical hotel “room service” standard. The hotel room is very spacious and the pillows are super comfortable. Thank you.

This hotel checked all of the boxes for our needs. Safe neighborhood. Close to a major highway but just off enough to not hear the noise from the busy high. Close to several types of restaurants. Walking distance to Texas Roadhouse. Very clean. Great heating/cooling unit. Thermostat controlled and NOT loud. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Does have an outdoor pool and hot tub. We did not use either as this is February. Friendly staff. Good selection of channels on TV. Wifi was excellent. This hotel is priced right. It is a great location if one prefers a location that appears to be safe and easy access to go direct to downtown where various medical facilities are located. They have a nice breakfast.

The women that worked in the hotel from my stay from November 28th to the 29th. They were very kind and very polite The women that worked until 11 pm last night was very sweet. The over night lady was very sweet. we got along very well. The hotel housekeeping was very nice. They took the trash right away. The stay was very quite. we would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The lade that worked today was very kind. and very sweet. everyone has a great personality. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

If you are looking for a nice, clean and quiet hotel, then this is not the place.
There are many sketchy people wandering around the parking lot both during the day and at night. People sleeping on the ground. Not a good area at all.
Cars are cutting through from the service road and at an unsafe speed.
Garbage not emptied in laundry room and outside.
Garbage in parking lot.
They have decided not to service rooms only every three days so they can save money and complain they don’t have enough staff. This is unacceptable. People leave dirty towels and garbage in the halls.
Windows would not close all the way (were like that when I checked in) Had to get maintenance to repair.
Bedspread stained.
Carpet wet by A/C and by sink.
GM is rude and does not seem to care about guest comfort or safety. I can see why they have a staffing issue with his attitude.
The worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in.

We really appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the housekeeping issue, you only notified us about you need the housekeeping service on daily basis and the other issue you did mention in the comments never been told,I did inform you that due to pandemic and for safety of our guests and employees we are providing housekeeping service every third day but we were start giving the service every day, we put instructions that please wear mask while entering the building and NO MASK NO SERVICE but but you never did comply with the instructions and when we asked you to follow you got annoyed. Horrible! Don’t go here! Cockroaches in the room, indifferent front desk attendants that can do nothing but shake their heads and say “yes sir yes” instead of actually acknowledging my desire to have the room effectively sprayed for cockroaches!!!!
I even collected one night’s worth of roaches and showed it to the front desk attendant. I was ignored.
The location is not a safe area, it is dirty, the owner of the neighboring hotel came over one morning demanding the Comfort Inn employees clean up the garbage that was blowing around to his hotel from the Comfort’s grounds, and all he got was the head shake from the East Indian front desk attendant while he acted as if he didn’t understand a word the other manager was saying.
The owner and employees of this Comfort Inn hotel run a shoddy, bug infested hotel and they apparently do not understand a word of English (or just choose to act like they don’t speak a word of it). There is no attempt at customer service at all.
I don’t care if someone doesn’t speak English as their first language - it’s not mine, either! I do care if the person dealing with the paying public acts indifferent and has no idea what you are saying to him. How do you have people working for you that can’t even communicate with the guests???
One good thing - lots of hot water. At least the shower I shared with cockroaches did have plenty of hot water.

12/21/22 This hotel was comped by American Airlines due to mechanical problems with airplane. The first room they gave me was #101. As I do with any first floor room, I immediately walked to the windows and found all 4 locks UNLOCKED. I went to the front desk and asked for a 2nd floor room. The second room was #216. It was OLD. The door was so old that I propped a chair and heavy end table in front of the door for safety. In the morning, I discovered the heat would not come on AND the toilet was plugged. I let desk know of both problems. I was out of the hotel for a couple hours and when I returned I asked if the problems would be fixed that day. They gave me a new room, #204. While everything was in working order, there were several areas of chipped paint and stains on walls. But it was tolerable. Personally, I would never have offered a 1st floor room to a woman traveling alone. Take note, management, DO NOT give 1st floor rooms to women alone.

We had a room booked for 2 nights, but actually left early due to numerous people doing drugs in the parking lot, not to mention the homeless people loitering. We did not feel that our vehicle was safe in the parking lot. Beds were hard & the hotel is very outdated. Definitely won’t be staying at this property again.

We really appreciate your feed back, we never have problem with anybody who is passing by our hotel parking lot which you have consider homeless, we can not ask anyone ( homeless) to stop passing by if they are doing nothing wrong with anyone. We understand your concern and respect your opinion, majority of our guests like our beds, we choose the beds which is internationally and domestically recommended. We had an amazing stay with our High Schoolers for our college trip. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. They helped us make sure all of the kids were fed breakfast in a timely manner, made sure the rooming list was ready, and even helped us throw an ice cream party. We will be back!! Thank you again.

Where do i even start. So i was in town for a wedding and me and my girlfriend along with the wedding party booked a couple nights here. I won’t speak on the first room they gave us because they got us another room but the other one wasn’t really that much better. floor dirty bathroom dirty looked like all the appliances took a beating. Unfortunately we had no where else to go until after the second day. If i had to do it all over agin id sleep in my car. Two people got stuck in the elevator!! So stairs it was from that point on. They also had to keep locking the entrance to the hotel for claims of “ random people walking in “ but they had security so are they really doing their jobs?? My last night waking up in the morning i am 100% sure i contracted a respiratory infection from the nasty air conditioner blowing out probably mold. The pictures speak for themselves. Ill sleep on the street before id EVER step foot in there again. 4.0 rating my *** wish i could give it a 0.

We were here as a group for a rodeo . This hotel needs lots of up dates & daily cleaning They have to many drug heads that live here. Just nasty & I WILL never stay here again. No security & worker’s @ night have to put up with drug heads trying to get in . Between a couple fighting & pull a gun on each other fighting in the lobby set me in . Manager didn’t seem to be worried.
We always had to ask for towels & they never cleaned the rooms . Some
Nights they didn’t have clean towels & the sofa bed mattress was nasty . Blood on the comforter & of course no clean ones.
Our A/C didn’t work we had to move rooms. The keys had to be reset several times a day . The owner is rude & not enough staff @ night . Don’t let the pictures on the website fool you cause it’s not safe to stay here .

Thank you very much for your feedback, we do have security at hotel, how we are responsible of a peroneal fight between a couple, there is no one pull any weapon on any body, we are go green to save planet and expected from guest to be the part of it but we do have an information place in the room that housekeeping will clean every third day if a guest stay more than 3 days but if any guest need to clean they contact the front desk and we are happy to clean every day even we are going thru this difficult time of pandemic, you did stay 5 nights at our hotel and since during your stay we did not receive any complain about the issue is mentioned in your review, as those issue is a very easy fixed if we known to during your stay.
