+1
The hotel is located near the intersection of the I-35W and 820, making all of Fort Worth an easy drive. Parking was ample, check in went smoothly and quickly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and while the view was nothing special (another hotel and a freeway), the interior public spaces are attractive. The room was clean and in good condition. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The indoor pool and spa were clean and well maintained with longer hours than most hotels, which I appreciated. The housekeeping staff were friendly and took good care of our room. The complimentary breakfast was better than most, with scrambled eggs, link sausage, various breads, two types of smoothies, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. The breakfast area was always spotless and well stocked by the charming Tedra. Our check out and needs that were handled by the guest services desk were taken care quickly and efficiently of by the always friendly Hailey. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely be back.

I stayed here for the US gymnastics championships. Stayed in room 226 for 2 nights. Clean rooms, spacious, walk in shower! Modern look to room! Went to use laundry room but washers used very little water so I did my laundry again at a laundromat the next day. Washers needed to be adjusted to allow more water to wash clothes. Breakfast was very good! I would stay here again!

I've always loved Hampton Inn and have gravitated to this brand for years. At first, I was excited to be at one of the first redesigned Hamptons. But lo, a redesign doesn't necessarily mean it's a good thing. Here's why:
1) Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. There's a single light above the entrance door, a desk lamp, and the two small lamps by the bed. As such, the room is very dark, even during the day. The room definitely needs better lighting. The bathroom has a single florescent bulb behind the mirror, which does not provide enough light for the room.
2) The only way to get the room door to close is to slam it hard. Normally, hotel room doors softly close so to not disturb your neighbors. Not the case here. I was awakened many times in the morning as people left their rooms.
3) Light shining under the doors, from behind the window, and the bathroom. When the lights are out in the room, the hallway light shines brightly under the room door. Also, the bathroom night light cannot be shut off and is visible from the room. Finally, the window shade allows a lot of sunlight to come in from the sides. They should have used curtains instead of just a shade.
4) The landscapers showed up at 8am and have been using their lawnmowers and leaf blowers for the past 1.5 hours. This woke me up and continues to be a distraction.
5) The room has a single chair with very low, useless arms. Many folks have to work in their hotel room and a comfortable, utilitarian desk chair is critical. If there were two people in the room, only one would be able to sit.
6) I can hear my neighbor's TV, indicating thin walls. This kept me up at night.

I normally do not leave reviews but I’m still dealing with this hotel 2 days after I left so here goes. The ironing board and the safe in the “upgraded” room I was assigned did not work. I called the front desk and advised them this and instead of offering to fix them, she said “ok thanks for letting us know”. 1 hour after we checked in and while my wife was getting dressed the door was unlocked and opened by another guest who had keys to our room. After dealing with the same incompetent front desk lady our keys were finally fixed and I felt halfway safe. Since the safe did not work I had to lock our valuables in the vehicle while we went out for our anniversary. We were woken up around 8 o’clock A.M. by the guests in the next room screaming and fighting with each other. I called the front desk and told them about it. When we left over an hour later the guests were still arguing so nothing was done/said to them. When I returned home yesterday I checked my bank accounts and seen that not only was the card I used to check in charged but the card I used to reserve the room was charged also. When I called and complained the front desk clerk was not really helpful but said she would refund the 2nd charge. Not 5 minutes after we got off the phone I was notified by my bank of a 3rd charge!! I called today and talked to the manager who assured me he had no idea why I was charged 3 times but if I waited 3-5 business days then it would all be sorted out! Extremely dissatisfied and will never stay at another hampton inn & suites again. Lower case name for a low class hotel.

We enjoyed staying at the Hampton over Christmas Vacation while awaiting our sons wedding in Fort Worth. We had four rooms total and we enjoyed being able to meet in the lobby/breakfast area for family games and gatherings. All of the staff were great.

I never like to leave bad reviews, but I feel like this one is very deserving. I booked my stay with booking.com, taxes and fees included. When I got there, the man at the front desk tells me to swipe my card. I looked down at the price and he’s charging me $40 more than what I booked the room for. I asked him why, and showed him the price I booked it for. He proceeded to tell me that they do not honor their prices on booking.com. I thought this was odd because I travel often and always book with booking.com and have never had any issues with it at any other hotel. I continued to ask him why and he couldn’t seem to give me a direct answer. He obviously didn’t care about making this right and was getting annoyed. He was more than willing to argue with me about it too. I couldn’t believe how horrible his customer service skills were. I had no energy to argue with a grown man so I paid and went to my room. When I walk in, there is stains on the walls, the furniture has seen way better days, and there is a huge clump of toilet paper in the toilet. I paid $132 for a night in a room that could easily be compared to a Super 8. I’ve also never been treated like this anywhere else. Avoid this place if you can.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Exceptional service. 15/10 recommendation. After going on an early morning run the gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to offer us a bottle of water. This kind of service is not expected So it was a very pleasant surprise.

My sister, niece, and I stayed at this hotel over a weekend. The room was small and slightly dingy, but the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The housekeeper let herself into our room without knocking on our last day, but we had no housekeeping service before that, not even fresh towels. Guests near us on the floor were smoking pot one night, to the point that the smoke drifted into our room.
However, I left a designer black shirt hanging in the closet. Both my sister and niece confirmed they saw the shirt on a hanger in the closet when leaving, but I forgot to grab it. I called the next day about the shirt, and "it has never been found." Management assured me they'll keep looking, but I have to wonder why it wasn't found immediately.

Stayed here two nights on our way through Fort Worth. Courteous staff and excellent accommodations! Very clean! We had a handicap accessible room, and the room was quite large with numerous grab bars. This will be our go-to hotel in Fort Worth!

I'm sorry. We no longer provide shuttle service.
Hotel is 15 miles, straight up IH 35W to Texas Motor Speedway. If it is a non-race day, a 20-minute drive. On race day, it can easily take an hour.
