Staff was EXCELLENT, very helpful and friendly. Facility is older. Bathrooms need updating and to be replumed. Conference rooms and banquet hall met our TAOM convention needs. Very long distance from front desk to assigned room (power scooter to the rescue).

The hotel is nice with very good customer service and bar staff, though the food could be spruced up in flavor and the avoidance of premade or frozen products. Though I didn't eat the steak two co-workers complained that the meat was very tuff. Otherwise, bring a parka with you because the temperature outside was nice and in the mid '80s but inside the AC was set to the mid '60s.

The front desk staff as well as the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The only complaint I had was the family across the hall. The walls are a bit thin, and you can really hear the slamming of the doors. It's quite loud! Maybe a reminder on the doors letting people know that allowing the doors to slam can take away from a pleasant experience of those in nearby rooms would help. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The customer service at this Radisson is unparalleled. Vicki works during the day and is the nicest most helpful person you will ever meet. Always willing and able to help with anything you need. Yousef works nights and always ready to give you another room key when I accidentally left it or demagnetized it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know and to the millions of travelers that are thinking of traveling to Fort Worth, Texas.

I mentioned we had a dog upon check in and was told by the desk clerk that "there is just a $50 deposit" . AFTER check out the required me to pay the $50 pet FEE. NO damage, no extra cleaning needed. Asked for a manager to call me so they could address it and of no one called me back.

So viewing public.....this is the fourth social media attack on our hotel by this guest and I will once again apologize if there was some sort of confusion about our documented pet fee policy. We DO allow pets. We DO have a non-refundable pet fee of $50. This was and is very clear on all of our reservations sites. At some point we, as a public, have to stop using social media as a vindictive attack on a very established and fair business such as our hotel. I mean no malice here but a policy is a policy; regardless of whether someone doesn't like it or is not well informed. It is clear from our Trip Advisor reviews that we are an honest, service centric hotel that loves our loyal guests.

Mrs. Vicki and all the staff was very friendly with an excellent professional, knowledgably, hospitable and courteous attitude, which made my stay feel so welcome. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Being that i was there to take a Covid test and the convention center was conveniently located inside the hotel room, made things stress free without the hassle of getting in a vehicle and driving.

Got the room just have a small getaway with friends. We were shown and told about a kitchenette and we had bought some groceries to cook. But when we got to our room there wasnt a kitchenette. We enjoyed the cleanliness. But the only issue we had was we ended up with bed bug bites. When we checked out and told the front desk about it, he just said "oh no I'm sorry. We'll take care of that". Okay, but I felt like he could've handled that situation a bit better, that response made my friends and I a bit upset

Thanks so much for the review! I regret that you were given information that we had kitchenettes in any of our rooms as none of our website, brand or online advertising states such. I will certainly look into this and remind all of our staff that we have wonderful king, double (all king and double rooms have a fridge) and suite rooms (suite have wet bar sink) but no kitchenettes. Our hotel, like most upscale brands, has a very aggressive, proactive approach to pest control and I assure you that any reported pest activity is immediately dealt with by our nationally recognized agency. Sorry for any inconvenience and I assure you I will be reviewing your comments with my entire staff.

I was checked in by the sweetest FrontDesk Attendant. Whitney was very nice, she had recommendations for places we could eat All around a very nice young lady. This is an older hotel with smaller rooms and low ceilings, and some of the common areas are looking a little worn. That being said, our room was in great condition, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, and the room was clean. The best part about our stay was the free PARTY BUS that runs to and from Billy Bobs from 5 PM to 1 AM! The driver provided free drinks on the bus, too! Since we were staying here to attend a concert, that was a huge plus! Overall, we would stay here again.

Horrible experience. I stayed here the night of Nov 5th, as I was visiting Ft Worth to attend the WTA Championships event in town. The building and premises look old, you get what you pay.... but that's not my complaint or reason for the low score. The noise coming from the room next to us was incredible loud, people yelling, chatting, laughing all night long. I called security twice, and other guests did so as well. Security visited the noisy guests at least 4 times between 11pm and 3pm... and the noise kept coming. Impossible to sleep... and the hotel did nothing either to kick out the disruptors OR help guests move into a different room/section of the hotel. I had a different perception about Radisson brand, I'll never recommend or be back at one of their properties.

Well I know this reply comes a long time after your stay but if you read this, please know that I am sincerely sorry about this noisy stay and lack of sleep. There is no excuse for security not having kicked out the offending room and since I have been back at the hotel as GM (As of late May 2023) we have a "one warning" policy before the offending room gets kicked out. I do urge you and others to give us another try. We are a different hotel than when this occurred.

yes, on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 1am we have a shuttle back and forth between our hotel and Billy Bobs in the Fort Worth stockyards, the driver goes every 30 minutes back and forth but you are able to call and request pickup/drop-off at any time during available hours
There are more places to choose from in the Fort Worth area.
