This hotel is quite nice and very large, they allowed us to check in very early with out an extra charge. It is a convenient location, it is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a little lacking but not a deal breaker. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The 2 guys that worked the front desk were not welcoming at all and didn’t stay at the front desk and never took care of cleaning around coffee or breakfast area. It’s like they didn’t want to do anything but stay in the back. People had to holler for them every time if they needed anything. Very lazy young men.

Forgot to take pictures, but have previously stayed at this establishment and as always, ALWAYS neat and clean, the rooms are exemplary, fully stocked with towels, etc. in the bathroom, rooms are always sizeable with double beds. My only dislike was the breakfast even though it was included, same items everyday for the 4 days I stayed. I thought on Thanksgiving morning atleast bacon would be available instead of sausage links, but I understand the breakfast was complimentary and those were the items available, which I was thankful for. The hallways were always clean and fragrent which was different but nice. Other hotel hallways don't have a fragrance when walking through the hallways. Overall, I would always recommend this hotel for a vacation stay being close to movie theaters, SAM'S Club, COSTCO, many restaurants, close to the major expressways, Hulen shopping mall, Walmart and several shopping strips.

Worst Accommodations i've ever stayed in outside of travel in 3rd World Countries. They advertise as "pet friendly" and charge fees for pets, but didn't even provide an area to toilet the dogs, much less baggies to clean it up with or any other amenitites.
The "breakfast" was pathetic, without even creamer/milk/half and half for coffee....you had to drink it black or with a sickly sweet artificially flavored syrup. there is a grocery store nearby, so no excuse not to provide bare bones basics even if you messed up your food order for the week.

The forceful shower was good, and the Sunday breakfast was good. After that, nothing at all was good. In our three day stay, even though we asked for the room to be cleaned and serviced, nothing was done. NOTHING. The wastebasket were not emptied, the floor was not swept, the beds were not made, the towels were not changed, used coffee packets were not replaced, mirrors, toilet, shower, not wiped or sanitized. As I went down to the front desk to get the necessary towels for my room, I passed three other folks who were also carrying towels back to their rooms, and none were happy about it. It was a deplorable experience, and I will without any regret report it online to others considering this hotel. It is a management problem that will likely ensure that, unless changes are made for the better, this hotel may not be around in another two years.
It has changed my impression about LaQuinta hotels in general.
I sincerely wish I did not have to write this, but if it will help to make the customer's stay more comfortable, then it is the right thing to do.

Another guest attempted to enter my room by mistake and discovered her card would not work. So the housecleaning lady used her card to let her in... as I was getting dressed. Breakfast buffet was provided, but no plastic forks or spoons, and none of the staff seemed to know how to find any. When did they start charging extra for housecleaning? Floors needed sweeping. Staff failed to remove personal items from previous guests left behind. Hotel snack bar was empty. The facilities are nice, but everything about the service seems to say that the management is trying to squeeze by as cheaply as they can. Compared to prior stays, this trip was a disappointment.

Upon check in, we went to use the toilet and found urine and pubic hair on the toilet. Housekeeping did clean it quickly, but it was disgusting and made me wonder whether the room was actually cleaned at all. On the last day, I looked up in the room and noticed a small blood spatter near the ceiling. Was glad I hadn’t noticed that earlier in our stay. Sketchy people loitered in and roamed the parking lot of this hotel at all hours, despite the area the hotel is in being otherwise nice. Staff was nice, but I do wonder if they’re just understaffed. They did seem to care when I mentioned some of these items to them. Overall, this La Quinta is not as good as other La Quintas I have stayed at. Plenty of hotels in this area, book somewhere else if you can manage it.

I booked a 5 day stay. Staff was very rude I would request something and they would not acknowledge me at all. I witnessed this with other guest as well. In order to have your room serviced you have to let them know the day prior, Trash cans on property were always overflowing. Public restrooms were out of order the entire stay. Hot Tub was broke the entire stay. The elevators appearance is awful. You would have to ask them to restock the breakfast as it would run out. It would take them 20 to 30 minutes to restock everything. Service was awful.

The hotel room was dirty. Stains on the chairs, spot on the bed sheet, something sticky on the desk. The shower area was rusted and one towel and one washcloth had holes in them. The top latch on the door was missing and the door itself was dented. The phone was missing and there was no hairdryer. When we asked for another hairdryer and about the phone at the desk, they said the last guest destroyed them. We went to breakfast at 9:00 (it was supposed to be served until 10) and they were out of eggs. When asked if we could get some more, we were firmly told, “Nope!” On a positive, the desk staff was personable and the lobby area was clean and nice. The bed was also comfortable.

We got a quiet room in the back hall, close to the back door & parking. Everything smelled very fresh. Beds were good, clean room. I requested a shower chair for hubby & they delivered to room immediately. Coffee in the room was very good. Had breakfast before we checked out. We had our fill but people coming after us had to ask for items that had not been replenished. Coffee, waffle batter & syrup, eggs, apples/oranges, bread for toasting. We are seniors & don't travel much anymore. We really appreciate a good breakfast before we drive back home. Not just cereal & donuts. Our experience was very pleasant. I want to come back & utilize the pool. The location is perfect for me.

There is no charge for pets- Ask for an end room downstairs- Just remember to clean up after your pet.. Folks are great there.
