During these pandemic times, it's good to see hotels making an extra effort to keep their properties and rooms clean. Unlike our experience at a different local hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay that the room was cleaned well prior to our arrival. We didn't feel the need to personally disinfect all the surfaces. I have 2 complaints: 1. paying for parking 2. the breakfast options were so so. the only grab and go option was cereal packs. no cereal bars or other options. (there was some fruit - apples maybe?). otherwise you had to wait in line for eggs.
Great place to stay I wish the air conditioning was a little cooler other than that it was a great place to stay! I am glad they still had the free breakfast even though the virus! The cooked it for you no buffet but good! Thank you
We’re Hilton diamond members and almost always stay in Hilton hotels so it was quite a shock when, after our toilet overflowed, we were told that we can plunge our own toilet or wait for a few hours! Usually, the way this is handled is to quickly offer another room or to refund points/give vouchers, not make guests do the plumbing! We already had a sub-par experience because they didn’t offer the usual Hilton member perks even though they offered them in the other Hilton hotels we stayed at during the past 2 weeks. Even with the pandemic, there are so many ways this could’ve been handled. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s an old hotel with poor customer service.
Booked this hotel at 7:30 pm same night. Actually called and spoke to someone twice and told them we would not be getting in till 11:00pm. Apparantly the did not have water the night before nor this night and did not bother telling us. We arrived and were given no discounts and no bottles of water because they were out when I suggested they the manager john run to the store he hung up on me. THINGS HAPPEN,BUT We should have been notified and transferred to one of their other properties that are .5 mikes away!! YOU DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS FULL PRICE, AND NOT PROVIDE BASIC NECESSITIES LIKE WATER! We cant even flush the toilet, or take a 'spit' bath after being at the airport and flying for over 12 hours during the covid pandemic!! I have never dealt with a manager who cared so little about retaining customer satisfaction and good will!…
I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, beds are ultra comfortable and all staff were personable. But the real gem is Leah, who works the front desk! She is kind and helpful beyond measure. I told the General Manager about what a great employee he has in Leah, and you could tell he was proud to have her on staff and that he hears this same compliment time and time again. This will not be my last stay at this location.
