It is in a great location. It is by the freeway so lots of traffic but easy to get to. The a/c blocks out any noise. We were so impressed with the staff at the desk at check-in and departure. Thanked the maid because the room was so clean and well maintained. Very impressive. It was an overnight stay on our journey back home.

We had booked four rooms for our family. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was average and the location was good for the activities we were planning to see and do. However, our room was overlooked by the cleaning crew two of the 3 days we were there. Both times we had to contact the front desk after being out of the room all day. We heard every excuse as to what we neglected to do so housekeeping could clean our room, including the housekeeper doesn’t speak and understand our language. Having traveled in other countries and on cruise ships where many different languages are spoken, I find that excuse unacceptable in Dallas, Texas. The young lady who checked us in on our arrival and departure did an excellent job. The two times we came to the front desk to notify the hotel of our problem, another employee said she was sorry and would send up clean towels. However, after we went to our room she called and tried to imply we had not removed the “do not disturb sign” before we left for the day.(which happened to be next to the coffee maker where we left it), and the housekeeper didn’t speak English. One of our four rooms was not used because members of our family weren’t able to get there until New Years Day, and housekeeping entered that room and took the two bottles of water we left for them. The room was clean and yet they went in and turned the lights on after they cleaned. After two days of not getting our room cleaned the front desk sent up a young man to bring us clean towels and empty the trash cans. He took the two days of dirty towels, didn’t empty the trash cans and acted like he was inconvenienced. Our family enjoyed Dallas and it’s a shame thT this experience put a negative on our stay.

Security: Tray at the front desk called my room to let me know that a Door Dash delivery driver was requesting to come to my room door with the meal I had ordered. Tray wanted to be sure that I was safe. So many times that extra level of security is missing. Cleaning: Our room was exceptionally clean. At one point, I accidentally spilled a small cup of water on the floor. When I wiped it up with a paper towel, the paper towel was wet, but there was no grime or dirt on it. Items that are typically not dusted regularly, such as lamp shades, had been recently dusted before our stay. The refrigerator was spotless (and appropriately cold). There were some issues with noise, but those were due to proximity to the expressway. Overall, this was a great stay.

I had to argue with the front desk about receiving an extra bath towel and wash cloth. While forking out about $600 for 4 nights you’d think requesting an extra bath towel to take a shower midday considering it’s 98 degrees in Texas everyday right now wouldn’t have been an issue. Ended up checking out and finding a different property where bath towels were not a commodity

Good location, good price, good service, good continental breakfast. This location is in a high traveled area of Dallas and was easily accessible. The price was a bit high; maybe 40$ less would have been more budget friendly.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as I was needing to go to Texas Presbyterian Hospital and it was only 4 min away (and no need to get on any highways!).
The hotel felt upscale, which I was surprised about for a Hampton and because it was the most affordable hotel in the area. I loved that I wasn't giving up quality for the price. The room was extremely comfortable and clean (and had a nice chaise lounge, which was lovely, as I was by myself and looking forward to some "me" time of reading and relaxation). It had a lot of modern touches that just made it feel out of my price range, but clearly wasn't. I loved that.
The complimentary breakfast was impressive - I loved all the selection and the food was delicious.
I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn on multiple occasions, the most recent were January and February 2020. It is always clean, the staff is always friendly and courteous, housekeeping always does an excellent job, breakfasts are great starts to the day, and the fitness center while small meets all my needs. As a Diamond Level Hilton Honors member, I've an ample opportunities to stay at various Hilton's in the hotel's chain. This particular Hampton is top of the line.

WE asked for tissues, soap and shampoo and were told that the hotel would not get tissues for 2 WEEKS ! When we went across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn , they told us that they would loan the Hampton Inn tissues but no one from their staff came to ask and we, as guests, were not about to act as messengers on behalf of the Hampton Employees. What was the Manager doing about this ? also many of the Front Desk Staff are not responsive or friendly - not a good impression for the hotel. BUT the breakfast and the servers there were very nice and friendly and the pool was very nice

This place is very clean. The day/evening staff is great, but at night, be sure to remember your key and wear a (gas) mask. You may get locked out then upon entry through the lobby, sprayed with Lysol by the night clerk. BUT TAKE MY ADVICE, be very nice to her or you will have the largest loudest family in the room next to or upstairs. Besides that, spacious clean room and comfortable beds

We checked in at the front desk during the afternoon but did not go to the assigned room until later that night only to find that someone else was in that room. The gentleman in the room said that his family had checked in on-line and they had 2 rooms. We were reassigned to a different room on a different floor. (The desk clerk said that this had happened several times that week.) We pushed our full luggage cart into the room, unloaded it & returned it to the lobby. Upon returning to the room we discovered the unpleasant odor in the room was due directly to the fact that someone had vomited in the hallway right outside our room. Another trip downstairs and eventually someone was able to attempt to clean the mess in the hall & the area right inside our room using towels (which were left in a pile in the hallway until the next day) & a spray bottle of what may or may not have been a cleaning product. The offer was made to move us to another room but by that time we were exhausted and decided to stay put. Add to this the fact that the air conditioning was not working in the hall. The next day we were told the carpet had been cleaned. However, the cleaner missed everything on the wall and door. When we checked out the desk clerk said that the manager had comped one night for us. That was a kind gesture and we were grateful. Throughout our stay the desk clerks did what they could to help and were very nice & patient - even dealing with a power outage in the area one morning. THEN, our credit card bill showed up. What should have been a charge of about $120 was almost $1,000.00. We have tried to contact the hotel and been told a manager would call back and/or sent to some random voicemail that is identified only by number rather than name. We have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and have never had any issues. However, after this mess we're done.
