Its good, the hotel is clean, neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast is good too. And their "suka" is excellent. Masarap talaga. If ever I will have to attend another convention and I am on my own, I will stay here again. Downside? you have to walk from the hotel to the highway to get a tricycle that will bring you to your destination...

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's located inside a subdivision so you have to walk a bit to get to the main road. they provided breakfast. aircon is verrry cold. wifi wasn't that strong because of some problems with the line. loved their thick towel :)

Its a new place to stay when in Legaspi , Albay . Rooms are quaint and cozy . Its located however inside a Village and is not in a commercial area. So if you want a place to stay away from the busy City life this is it. The best part is their free breakfast and the hospitable staff .
