We stayed in the Getaway Cabin. Everything could not have gone any better, From the easy check in/out, location of the cabin, Ladies in the office took care of anything we needed. Perfect for our Family of 5 (Adults). Would definitely stay again.

We loved our cabin!!! Our boys had a great time playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub!! I loved the big tub with jets!! Very cozy!! Loved the little tree and Christmas decorations!! We absolutely love coming to the mountains!!

Easy check in and out process. Very clean cabin and ready early for check in. Quite location that was extremely close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Very easy to locate with map. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Pigeon Forge.

The checking in and out process was seemless. I received multiple communications checking in with me and providing information along the way. I enjoyed my cabin The Loon's Nest which was a 3 bedroom with pool table in the basement. It was alot of space for just myself but I enjoyed the quiet. This cabin is down a slope and immediate neighbors were sight unseen. I enjoyed a nice fire on my last night. It would be great if I could get a group of family members to visit this cabin in the future.

The Cabin we had was excellent. Checked all the boxes. Clean, location, and pet friendly.the Cabin had everything we needed. Even tho it was pet friendly, it was so clean and well kept. The location close to all attractions was good. Close to shopping, restaurants, and all activities. We will definitely stay again and will be telling friends and family of our experiences.

Our cabin at this resort was better than expected. It was perfect! We had a wonderful time celebrating, cooking, exploring, swimming, relaxing, sightseeing, dining, playing and sleeping at our cabin. This indoor pool was perfect for the grandkids! It got lots of use and perfect to open the garage door to get that outside warm air feel too. Would totally go back again to the same cabin. It was beautiful and yes there is a hair dryer.

By far the easiest booking of any cabin rental agency in the Pigeon Forge area. Cabin was close to everything, easy to check in and check out. Very clean and will kept and can not beat the prices. Will for sure be booking with Eagles Ridge from now on. FYI, stayed in Barbara's View, highly recommend!
