I checked in for a business trip and met Taylor David at the valet. I had questions about parking because of the expense. Taylor went above and beyond to make sure my luggage was taken care of helped get me situated. He helped ensure the start of my stay was uneventful. It was very welcomed.
Came down to Sheraton grand for the weekend and i was immediately impressed by the customer service. Silvia at the valet stand was very helpful. She directed me to different spots i need to visit while im in nashville. Definitely recommend Sheraton Grand and their impressing customer service to anyone visiting nashville. Great weekend overall!
Wonderful Service. Wonderful food. The hottest showers. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in years. Some of the best views in the city. We will definitely be back. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Chris was awesome promote this man he was professional and took the time to explain the process people to day done take the time to really explain processes also the pick up time was great and he had the same positive attitude
5 out of 5 great customer service. This is the second time we are staying here and everyone is super friendly and always helpful. Only complaint please post where the entrance is since the front is being remodeled. Took me a min to find. Call them and by that time I found it. The room is clean and of course beautiful. Great view being on the 12th floor.
Dylan and Devon were outstanding during Valet parking. They were very polite, respectful young men. They made me feel very secure about driving away with my vehicle. All around the Sheraton had amazing staff and made my experience great.
The hotel could use a full service restaurant, a coffee shop and faster elevators. I have been coming to the hotel every January for 8 years. It used to have a coffee bar which made it so much easier to get coffee instead of walking to Starbucks every day.
Self Park overnight $50. plus tax. Valet $60. plus tax and tip. Traveling to Los Angeles this past Summer the rate was $40. for self parking. I guess the saying "don't California my Tennessee" hasn't taken effect. The hotel / room and bathroom seem like an older property while the bed slept comfortably. The good news is that upon following up on the parking I noted it was my oversight in the hidden fine print, the hotel management was quick to reply. The less than better news is that the front desk agent on check in wasn't compassionate in the parking issue and matter of fact with little more than feeling like he had a job but didn't want to work.
The Sheraton Grand is perfectly located and very convenient to everything. It includes easy access to entertainment, restaurants and business. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and daily room cleaning service is an added plus. The in-house restaurant provides a nicely appointed dining room and efficient service, The food is good and hearty. Special need requests are meet with a quick response and addressed immediately. Its clean and comfortable.
So very disappointed. We just never expected these conditions from a Sheraton Grand property. To pay 257.50 for one night and find these conditions in the room us unacceptable. Should have stayed at the JW Marriott downtown. Just be advised before you book here!
