This hotel is just across the street from Vanderbilt University. It is within a nice walking distance to Broadway. The customer service was excellent . The doorman, Van was very welcoming and went over and beyond to accommodate our needs. The valet guys gave us a great recommendation for breakfast. So refreshing to see that great customer service still exist. The rooms were spacious and beds nice and comfy.

My friends and I recently stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had an amazing time. Our rooms were incredibly clean and the staff was amazing. Taylor at the front desk was so kind and Graham at the valet was welcoming and sweet. The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. What a great weekend -- will definitely be staying at Loews next time I'm in Nashville!

I needed to be at a Nursing orientation meeting at 7:30am the next morning which was 5 blocks away from the hotel. I asked about their shuttle service. The guy that checked me in seemed to want to accommodate me, even though their shuttle service did not start till 8am, which I thought was exceptional. However, his boss was standing next to him and appeared very cold and rude. He told him they would not do that. The shuttle started at 8am. I am a nurse. And while I did take a uber, I was very disappointed that the hotel would not accommodate medical personnel. Nurses work 12 hour shifts, with most starting at 7am. I picked that hotel because of the location to my meeting. It's a shame the hotel couldn't be more flexible. It did not appear to be busy at all the next morning. While waiting for my uber, I seen several staff just standing around. One more thing about this hotel that I deemed a problem. The button for the LOBBY on the parking garage elevators are worn and HARD to see. They should put signs in the garage elevators instructing people to push the L for the LOBBY in order to get to your room. Clear instructions for people to read would take the hassle out of trying to find your way out of the parking garage when you are exhausted from a long day!

Excellent hotel for business. Stayed in a room on the second floor from the top, which was an executive room, with free access to lounge/breakfast on weekend. Spacious, very comfortable. Hotel is across the road from Vanderbilt, but only a 25min walk from downtown. Free shuttle for short trips near hotel. Special shout-out to Van, the shuttle driver, who was a friendly, helpful host in all respects. I Only 10mins walk to Centennial Park and the Parthenon. Good sushi restaurant only 2 minute walk.

I’m a senior citizen and require a wheelchair and alot of help when fatigued. When I found that a Loews … the famous family of hoteliers??? Free car service :”I nodding , of course! They’re famous for white glove service. Concierge ? YES!!! 5 stars YES!! my boy, so proud- graduated B school- I’m not well- we don’t have forever, so I wanted a full service- over service ! To take care of my mobility needs so we have no worries and lots of fun. I was even able to populate a field for special requests: wheelchair. That’s all. We weee getting close and o called for concierge. Mtjebphone kept looping back to an irrelevant message- liken’jib, launderette and falafel?’ When ring was answered, the gal sounded like she could give a Dam- and hung up. Called again- some bro man let me transfer you. To HELL beahahahahahbevils laughing (no he simply hung up)!5x I was deliberately Disco’d . When we arrived , it was immediately clear- place was cheap and dirty… just… gross (our toilet had previous occupants combo punch 1 and 2. And i had paid $760 a night. I’m disabled. This was a last fabulous memory before imm too Ill. The concierge I was told took the night off. Friday. We took a cab to a steak house- returned - I asked for an wheelchair for the 4th time . Nope. Then some hoopty dude who clearly had an owner ship interest started texting me from a Google sooof numbers and it was creepy as hell. So much so, I started digging- indiana my mind it had obvious been sold to these creeps . Yes . Checked Secretary of State Tennessee-18 businesses registered at address . But no Loews or Loews biltmore- just as suspected - they taint like a thousand dead possums on a hot day— the noble names of their stolen and begrimed - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE STAY HERE. $59 to leave garage EVERY TIME. $100 incidenta fee Neither mentioned at reservations

very clean hotel, friendly staff. comfortable bed. Right next to Vanderbilt, convenient. Not far away from downtown either. overall good experience. Of note, it is expensive and slow to get Uber from and to airport. Not an issue with hotel, but just a general observation from someone who traveled to Nashville for 1st time.

Staff at the door front desk and restaurant staff were excellent and provided the best service. Hotel was about 30 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Hotel had self and valet parking which was convenient. Only thing I would say is that if you have paid for parking with your booking in advance then just check the receipt at the checkout because we were charged again but refunded after pointing it out to the desk staff. Hotel was clean and had secure parking.

This is a comfortable business style hotel about 35 minutes walk down the gentle hill to Broadway. Road at the front and air conditioning plants and extractors to the rear. There have been previous comments about the car park which has been updated and is similar to other big city hotels. There is an entry barrier operated by your room key, good lighting and CCTV covering all areas. Plenty of space and lifts to the lobby. Cost about £35 per day + tax.

The Loews Vanderbilt is a nice alternative option for staying in Nashville if you want to avoid the craziness of Downtown Nashville and Broadway. It's in the Midtown section of Nashville on the Vanderbilt University campus. My room was clean and sanitized and the Loews Vanderbilt staff was exceptional friendly and very helpful. The bartenders at Mason Bar in the lobby are really good and hospitable. My room was a bit small but for my needs it was ok. This hotel also serves as a conference center so a lot of business travelers tend to stay here who don't want to get caught up in all of the fun down on Broadway in Downtown Nashville. The Loews Vanderbilt is about 2 miles away from the main downtown strip but the hotel does provide a free shuttle to downtown Nashville. This is a pretty good hotel to hang your hat and boots up at night!
